    Anyone not stall???

I have yet to stall, and 20 days in I'm around 20 lbs lighter. I had my period during this time, and even had very small cheats ( I know, not good for stabilization !)

    At 5 foot 10- I started at 177 ( I'm very athletic and weight train) I wore a size 8/10
So it's not as though I have a lot to lose or necessarily need to , per say.

Just curious if there are some women who haven't stalled through the whole 43 day round?
    Thanks !!

Yes we've had many go through their rounds without stalling. Unfortunately I am not one of them. I rarely stall on other plans but on this one I stall every time. Definitely an exercise in patience.

Sounds good! I guess it's not as common to see topics about not stalling- I mean, who wild complain about that?! Lol

I've never stalled. I've had days where I lost only .2, and sometimes 2 days in a row with no loss, but never a full stall. :::knock wood::
I did have a 1lb gain once when I bought the wrong kind of coconut oil and rubbed it all over my body! It was winter and I was so dry

no stalls for me. my first round was amazing and I lost about 25lbs in 40 days. loved it. Was on the vegetarian plan and had losses every single day. I blogged each step of the way and I think for me, it was being committed and having absolutely zero cheats and doing the little extras like making sure water intake was high, with lemon, taking epson salt baths with baking soda every two days and weighing all my food to the gram. I also mad sure to get in exercise each day even if it was just walking. 10,000 steps at least.

Congrats on your success! That's a great motivator for me!!!

I just started R2P2. I didn't stall on R1 and lost 30 pounds by the end. I also stabilized so beautifully that I came out of P3 a week early. Yes, I was tremendously grateful for all of that

I've done 4 rounds and the first 3 I didn't have any stalls, but the last one I stalled a couple of times for a couple of days at at time. If you do end up stalling, don't stress over it. It's really pretty normal. I'm down almost 100 pounds now, so just hang in there and it WILL come off!
