    Start weight

    Just a quicky.... i kind of forgotten...
    Which weight is regarded as the ‘anchor weight’ to establish weight loss?
    Weight on me morning if day 1 loading OR
    weight on day 1 VLCD?

    Your starting weight (for daily average figures) is what the scale says on the morning of your first day of P2.

    But you can count it anyway you like. Some people like to figure on their net loss.

    Thanks Leez... i had a bit if fluxuations the past few days but i think ir was a result of constipation i weighed... next day down .9kgsnext day down same amount but got soluble fibre today and did not go crazy on loading so give or take my weight should be similar to what ir has been the day past few days
