Ugh yes you and I both... knowing I'm so restricted and limited is just making it so much harder on me!! Yes I just ate lunch and my stomach still has that weird hunger pain feeling. I'm going to lower my dose tomorrow maybe to 135 and see how that does for me. So happy that your doing well and keeping busy!!! Have you weighed yourself at all yet? Not a bad idea, it definitely screws with your head hoping for those numbers to drop. And hey that's really good daily losses!! Normal and at least it's consistent my stomach is grumbling and it's soooo annoying. Lord help me through this day. Lol. I definitely should have dropped my dose today. Hoping tomorrow is more steady for me!! You're doing great as well!

You know, I'm kind of glad I took my dose today and didn't skip. I can feel how hungry I am right now isn't normal because even without hcg I probably would have had an apple and been okay for a while but since I had that, tea AND a thin steak and spinach and my stomach is still in knots, it just confirms that my dose is too high for me right now. 135cc tomorrow it is!!

You should not change your dose without doing a skip day, brenda. You can't know for sure which way to adjust unless you do the skip day.

The skip day will give you relief sooner if your dose is too high (which is most of the time) however if your hunger is caused by a dose too low (and that does happen) you will be adjusting the wrong way and it could take up to a week to figure it out and get on the right dose.

Skip tomorrow, and if hunger is better AFTER 4pm (before then does not matter) then lower your dose the next day to 125iu.

Okay so for example I was really hungry this morning up til the afternoon and now I'm feeling pretty relaxed and no hunger. Is that not a sign to lower my dose?? Or just to confirm it it's best to have the skip day to make sure it's still going that way?

Generally if you are extremely hungry even after you eat, it is likely that does is too high. If you wake up hungry before your shot, that can be a signal that dose is too low.

However neither one is definitive. That is why you always want to be sure by doing the skip day.

If you are feeling no hunger, there is no need to do a skip day. A small amount of hunger or feeling empty, especially right before normal meal times is quite normal. The kind of hunger that signifies a wrong dose is extreme, possibly painful, gnaw-your-arm-off hunger that doesnt' get better even when you eat something.

It's quite possible that your dose is fine or not that far off, and you are just having the normal adjustment hunger some people get the first 4-5 days.

Hi Brenda, how is your hcg progress coming along? I'm doing fine. I started my weight loss at 168.6. Now, I'm 157.6. I've lost 11 pounds. My hcg finish goal is 135. My ideal goal is 129. Haven't been 129 in about 3 years.

Tomorrow ends my first week. Then, 2 more P2 weeks to go. I'm going to do 3 weeks P2, 2 weeks of P3, then back to P2 until I'm 135. Hope you finally got that hunger under control.

I'm 5'2 and around 150 pounds (-2 / +2) I didn't weigh myself this morning because my scale batteries died so I'm going today and will just have to weigh myself tomorrow morning instead. My first goal is to get down to 130 lbs. If I could achieve that this round, oh my god... that would be amazing!! Right now I have a 25 day kit, but I'm considering stretching that out to 35 days and buying another vial. I have a big camping/music festival we are going to the first weekend of September, so unfortunately I can't do the full 40 days because I'm not sure I can sneak syringes in... hahaha. I would have finished my 40 day round that weekend, so I'm going to shorten it a bit so I can have my 72 hour phase over with before I move on the Phase 3 just in time for that weekend! SO excited about my results and taking this seriously, and I hope I can finally get rid of this weight once and for all and be on a new path to a happier, brand new me!
Hi I am starting another round also this is my 2nd day of loading also. Sounds like we are close to the same goals. I am about 5' and I weigh 149.2 starting this round This is my 3rd round and I started out at about 177. I am happy with my results because I am 65 so my metabolism is slower than those who are younger. Plus I have a severe neck injury that limits my activity a Lot! Just started my First Round TODAY! Starting at 150 lbs & hoping to lose 20 lbs! :D Good luck with your round....

Okay... I'm jealous!! That is GREAT, I'm so happy for you!! I'm at 144.6, i lost almost 5 pounds so far, I did get down to 142.0 lb but then had some sort of weird stall for the last two days (including today) :/ Would have been 7 lbs! I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong... but its discouraging! I'm going to drink a lot more water and be careful what my seasonings are. What does your diet and schedule look like right now? My hunger is SO much better though, and I'm feeling much better about myself and notice a difference

My diet schedule is very boring. Coffee/tea/water until noon. Then 3.5 protein, been doing mostly beef for lunch since it doesn't stall me out. Have to have my bread stick, it doesn't stall me either. Then, a ton of veggies to up the calories. Snack at 3:00p is usually an apple or 1/2 grapefruit. Dinner is same as lunch except I do a lighter protein of fish. Evening snack around 8:30p is a lighter fruit of strawberries. That's it. Boring, but I just do it and try not to really think about it.

One night when I was up very late and started getting hungry, I drank a spicy V8 with lemon juice and Tabasco sauce, topped off with 1/2 a stalk of celery. It tasted like a virgin bloody Mary and hit the hunger cravings nicely. It was 34 calories with the celery.

Have you found what's stalling you out? I don't do dairy so the milk and cottage cheese are a no-no for me. I can only handle Greek yogurt and it's not on protocol so I'll have to wait until P3.

Wow. I've been doing the five day stalls mid program too. Nice to hear it is normal for some. (Phew). I'm on Round 2. I lost 32 pounds thus far...and this will probably be my last round.

I've always figured my stalls are my body's way of catching up to the quick weight loss and adjusting to the new lower weight. Even knowing that, it doesn't make stalls any easier especially when they span 5 - 7 days. I must admit though, when I experience stalls during P2, I stabilize much better in P3. Go figure
