    That is awesome, w-t-l!!!! I'm down 1.8# today. Feels SOOOOO good. I'm feeling more energized, too.

    I put on the appetite suppressant patch...will see how it does. So far so good, but I tend to drink a ton of coffee on Saturday mornings, which I think suppresses naturally anyway.

    Thanks michmich. Good for you too!!! I'm down 3.4 lbs today which puts me 4.4 lbs below my pre load weight! YES!!!

    I too have the appetite suppress patches. Haven't used one yet but well see how next week goes.

    I put the app supp patch on Saturday morning next to my HCG patch. They look exactly the same. Well, one fell off later that day and I had no idea which one it was (couldn't remember the placement - lol)! UGH. I'm sure it was the app patch, but didn't want to chance it so went ahead and replaced my HCG patch. They should make them different colors for doofs like me.

    My hunger has greatly improved and losses are still consisent. Yay!

    I can't believe how bad I have been at coming on this thread the last Round I was addicted to these forums! haha

    Anyway I will give you all an update.... I have been having morning hunger but I suffer through because my having to satisfy my evening fixation of snacking is much more hard to suffer through... But its good becuase I get 1.5 liters in before noon and then suck down another 1.5 liters the rest of the day... I actually take some HHCG drops when I have hunger and it seems to make the hunger subside its probably mental lol but n e who... looks like you are all doing well.... O yeah and my hubby stopped the diet on like Day 2 lol... O well... sux I was kinda excited to see him skinny But I couldn't listen to the complaining n e more either grrrr so I said I can't force you to do it!

    michmich we were the same wieght post load and I am stuck at 151

    hlengelsman - I always have morning hunger! No matter what. Always. Like you, I drink a ton of water, too.

    I usually eat a few strawberries in the morning, plus I take my supps in the morning and like to have a little someting in my tummy. Maybe try it?

    no losses today. Gained .6 GRRRRR. I know where I messed up though. I made chilli for dinner and I used two medium roma tomatoes (to make 1 cup chopped tomato as the recipe calls for). I didn't think to look up how many calories are in 1 medium roma tomato (35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) so I had 70 calories just in tomatoes alone, I used tomato paste (1 tbs, 15 calories, should have been fine, no sugar or oil, just tomatoes in the paste). And a chilli mix which is 5 calories no salt or fat and some beef broth (10 calories per cup). So I had for dinner 214 calories when it should have been 171 (had I used a regular tomato). Anyway, so I went over my 500 (not by a lot, but I did go over. I also didn't drink as much water yesterday.

    so, even though I gained, at least I know why. I also usually don't have a TOM regularly (I have an IUD--mirena), but I know when I'm bloated. I didn't drink as much water yesterday and my water weight increased (as per my scale, which I know is not super accurate, but it's an estimate I can see). So a combination of water and too much tomato did me in yesterday.

    To correct for this. I'm not having my melba today. Just an apple, orange and chilli (that I made with less tomato) for lunch and dinner (I'm working late). And I'm drinking a bunch of water. Wish me luck that the Whoosh fairy visits me today

    I count tomato as a fruit and skip my fruit of the day. Maybe an idea.
    I am thinking of possibly getting the patch if there is a next round, so will be lurking here :-)

    Hey! How did you all do with these patches? Do they work or do you prefer drops?
