    When to stop and go to Phase 3??

    Hello! I would love some advice....
    Today is Day 23 of my injections. I had intended on going until Day 40 which would be July 16th, however I have 2 weekends (July 7th and July 13th) which would be nearly impossible to stay on vlcd. So my question is this: should I now just shoot for the 26 day treatment and let today be my last injection followed by 3 days of vlcd and start Phase 3 on July 3rd? Or is there any harm in continuing until next Tue (July 3rd, which would be day 27) to see if I can still lose any more, and then do vlcd until Friday and start Phase 3 on Saturday, July 7th?

    Other's opinions may differ, but here's my suggestion:

    P3 is very important to do right in order to stabilize, therefore if it were me I'd stay in P2, 'cheat' on the 7th and 13th knowing that I'd stall but that after that I could eat real clean through to the end of the 40 day round.

    UNLESS, you are certain you can eat P3 style, just not VLCD beginning on 7.7 and beyond, because if you are going to eat sugary starchy things on the 7th, I think you'd be better served still being in P2 but blowing a day off.

    Obviously you have to choose what will work for your situation best.

    You could do a planned interruption then start with P2 again after the 13th. That's what I'm doing. Today is last day of hcg, starting P3 Monday then resuming P2 on Tuesday of next week till I hit goal weight.
