How strict is everyone on their make-up?

So far I haven't altered my make-up or lotion much. I am going to go get some oil-free foundation today. I would love to hear others results and hear how much you altered your daily "beauty" routine...thanks!

Since I already use an oil-free moisturizer normally, I didn't change a lot for P2. I think moisturizer would be the biggie change for most people.

I stopped using my foundation and just use finishing powder over the moisturizer. I also stopped using eye pencils and just wet a fine brush and apply a dark eyeshadow shade instead. But I still use lipstick, lipliner, mascara and my brow wax/powder stuff. I thought about getting a mineral-based foundation, but this has been working fine, so I haven't followed through on that.

Hair care that is not the leave-on kind is not a problem since you rinse it out right away, so I don't change that up except to stop using my detangler. I don't use body lotions or hand creams as a norm. If I need one, I use CornHuskers.

UGH OK, you really did make quite a few changes......I have a lot of unevenness and redness on my face and just cannot give up foundation! I will switch the kind I'm using and just hope it doesn't bring out all my wrinkles! My skin is pretty dry as well so I will find a different lotion. Man this is just sooooo strict!!!

I can understand wanting to cover up redness or blotchiness. I don't have much, so foundation isn't that big of an issue for me.

You might try the Bare Minerals type of foundation. Its not supposed to accentuate wrinkles. I've tried liquid foundations that were oil-free in the past, and found them chalking and dragging. Maybe they've improved them since then, but just my experience.

I change to an oil free moisturizer/hand lotion and use Vaseline if my lips are dry. I use my regular lipstick, but don't use my lip gloss because it has food oils. I also use regular toothpaste instead of Tooth Soap during P2. I already use mineral makeup most of the time so that's not an issue. I use apple cider vinegar as deodorant during P2 instead of my usually coconut oil. I don't change my shampoo or conditioner.

I made no changes at all. I live in the desert and I NEED lotion. It made no difference for me.

Sephora or Tarte make oil free foundations, that with Bare Minerals on top as finishing powder work well for me. Use same mascara, loreal has oil free liquid liner, blush. Use Lorac Pro mat lip color, is oil free. Also use hyaluronic acid drops on my face with vit c, is oil free
