    Anyone taking Rx HCG Drops - brand HCG?

    I'm trying to find someone who is taking HCG Drops. I'm on round 1 day 4 of VLCD, taking 4 drops 3x day as indicated, but really struggling with hunger.
    Just looking for some support and answers.

    Hi. I'm taking the HCG drops. I'm on Round 1 Day 6, 4 drops 3x a day. This is my fourth VLCD day and the first time I've had any real issues with hunger. But as soon a I eat, it's fine. I think it's a good thing that I have some hunger because when I did the 6WBMO program, Michael Thurmond said getting hungry before it's time to eat indicates that your metabolism is kicking in and just encourages you to up your veggies first and see if that works. I'm not doing the exact HCG diet though. I eat closer to 600 calories/day and am willing to go up to 700 but haven't needed to yet (although, obviously it's still early days) and am doing an abbreviates 6WBMO diet (although so far, no carbs and I will try to stick to that). I eat about every 3 -4 hours, generally a small amount of lean meat (3 -4 oz of chicken, fish, tuna, etc) and 2 cups of veggies (mixed, salad, whatever) and a small amount of fruit 2x a day(1/2 a banana, apple or grapefruit, 2oz sliced strawberries, etc.). Anyway, The first day I lost over 4 lbs. Day two - 3lbs and yesterday - 1.8lbs (total = 9.6lbs so far). But in the past I've easily lost 10-11 lbs the first week of a diet, so I'm waiting to see what happens next week to see if this HCG thing is all it's cracked up to be for me, personally. Oh. Also, I started my period, unexpectedly on the first day of the VLCD.

    Let me know how you are doing on the diet. I think I'm going to try adjusting the time I take the drops and see if that helps with the hunger.
    I'm losing weight so that's the most important thing right now!

    I am using Rx Hcg as Drops too and actually doing quite well with hunger. This is my second round and I used homeopathic hcg the first time. I have experienced much less hunger this time around. I've also lost 11 lbs in 4 days so I am totally psyched!! Although, I am taking 4 drops 2x daily (morning and night) and using my hhcg around the middle of the day because it doesn't need to be refrigerated and I don't have a fridge to store my drop in at work. I was hesitant to mix them but now I'm curious whether it has contributed to my success...?

    I am using Rx Drops too! I am on Round 1 and on VLCD Day 5, I have also lost 11.7 lbs, though 3.5 of that is "official" loading weight and the rest is "unofficial" loading weight. As I knew this diet would be hard for me and I have been dieting in different ways all year, I opted to take a break from it for the whole week before loading on Mother's Day weekend. So as of today I am officially back at my original lowest weight to date! So I am excited to see what tomorrow brings. I am only 10.5 from my actual goal, and I am only doing 26 day round. I take 6 drops in the morning and 6 after work. I could take them to work, but I drink so much water at work, that a full hr of no water would annoy me. I also could take them when I go home for lunch, but again... problematic to then being able to eat lunch. So far, I am only really hungry at meal/snack times and since I am so used to being hungry, I just reach for my water if isn't quite time to eat. I following the program pretty close I think... Fruit only at 10/3 roughly, lunch 12:30, dinner 6:30 with melba, protien and veggies. So far I actually like the food I have come up with. Just the prep time that kills me at times! I will need to prep a lot this weekend, my DH goes on nights and my kids have activities after work 3 nights a week! I will have to take dinner with me to work to eat while at this activities. Not going to be super fun, but I hopeful I can manage! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

    I know what you mean about the whole hour without water. That drives me nuts. As long as I continue losing next week (obviously not as much as this week) I plan to buy more HCG to do a 40-day round. I'm thinking of switching to injections though so I don't have to worry about dosing 3 x a day and doing the 1 hour without a drink throughout the day (or gum! That has been a help for my mental cravings). I looked it up on this forum and saw that some people have switched from sublingual to injections with success. Also the injections are much cheaper at yourhcgdiet.com. Not to put down bodyshaper though. Sounds like we are all having great success so far.

    Water!!! I have been a consistent drinker of it for years, which I am very glad, when I hear other complain about drinking it. I would rather have nothing in it and it be room temp. I can 16 oz in a guzzle when I am in a hurry. I always get in my whole 64 oz at the office, and only have a little at home at night, just enough to get by. I try not to too much more, maybe enough to maybe the full 80 oz I think am supposed to have.

    I am scared to death to try the injections, though I know the whole 30 min issue would be resolved. I have the 26 day version and only have time for that before I need to be on some trips in June, so I won't be extending, Phase 3 will be hard enough. I am not even sure I would do another round. If I get within 2-3 lbs of goal weight this round, then I will be happy to hang there a while. Maybe in the fall when my schedule is more routine, if I decide my goal weight and goal size didn't match up, I would consider another round. But with kids out of school all summer and playing and traveling on the weekends, even Phase 3 doesn't sound as fun as it should. But I will manage! I just like fixing sandwiches too much and chips and crackers. I know how to keep them in their place, but not having any for nearly 2 months will be a challenge for sure.
