    Travel plans

So I am traveling from tomorrow until Sunday, how do I go about eating? I read on another forum that I could try an apple day but Iím not sure if that is wise? Iím almost afraid to eat out. I have some protein shakes Iíve been using for one meal a day but honestly I canít even stomach the fruit if I do the shake and the meat?

It is difficult to eat out while on P2, but it can be done. I wouldn't suggest an apple day. Its an unnecessary stress on your body.

Broiled fish or shrimp with sliced tomatos, a green salad, or steamed asparagus is often possible, and usually safe. Chicken is a less safe choice as it is usually mariated. You can ask for lemons to dress your veggie and fish.

For take along stuff, hardboiled eggs, chicken breast in a pouch or tin, cut up celery and cucumbers, grape tomatoes, whatever fruit you want to eat.

I've done trips while on P2 and staying in hotels. I brought my own food and ate in my room. On the road you need to be a little creative, but it is doable.
