As we know, CBD oil is, in fact, an oil - I'm not sure on what the exact make up of this oil is so I am curious if CBD oil is allowed to be used while on the hCG program. I know that it is a 'brown fat', in which burns calories, but it is still classified as a fat so I am at a loss. I have searched around a bit trying to find an answer but have found nothing. Can someone give me some information on this topic?
Thank you in advanced!
No it wouldn't be allowed while on the protocol. Here's the nutrition details:
Calorie Breakdown. CalorieKing.com reports that 1 tablespoon of an average variety of hemp oil contains 130 calories. The majority of these calories, 126, come from polyunsaturated fat. A tablespoon of hemp oil contains 14 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat and 12.5 grams of polyunsaturated fat
