P2 forum is the best place for P2 questions, but all new posts show up on the new posts feed, so we'll see your post no matter where it lands.
You can continue any activity you are used to doing in P2. If you are doing really strenuous workouts, you may need to dial back a bit. You'll find you won't have the endurance to really push or start anything new.
The protocol says you can eliminate things from a meal if you are too full to eat them. I don't think its a problem to be somewhere between 350-500 calories, but if you are consistently lower than than that, it could cause you some blood sugar problems and might interfere with your progress.
