    2nd Round

    Anyone have any tips for the 2nd round when I'm coming off of a low carb diet? I did 1 rd in July and lost 8 lbs. Went straight to low carb with breaks for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'm down 20 lbs from both and want to lose 10 more. So....do I load for 2 days or 2 1/2 days? I had read an article that if you had not been eating carbs for sometime to do 3 days but today would be the 3rd day and I dont think I can eat like I did for the past 2 days. Last night I was miserable and had to take something to make me "go"! Any suggestions?? Would be appreciated!

    Keep to low carb on your load days! I transitioned to LC/keto after my 1st round. I stabilized very well, but . . .

    In my 2nd round, I loaded just like the first ( ice cream, various other treats) and gained 4 lb which it took me nearly 2 weeks to lose. (I also had too high HCG dose at the start of the round, which slowed my losses.)
