Hi mrsstrong! Thanks for the response. Can you tell me where to find these threads you told me about? I tried to find them but not sure where to look? How much did you lose with your Oct round?

Welcome! A few of us started in October and finished P2 early/mid November
I was meant to start loading today but is unfortunately postponed due to pending surgery, however I will continue checking in every day

Doing a personal blog is very helpful to keep us accountable and on track
I did mine in the p2 forum and then when i i stabilizing i moved over to the P3 forum
When I start again I will go back to my original P2 Thread
MrsStrongs thread is in the Hhcg forum

We keep our own threads up to date but also support snd chat within each others threads...

    Good luck on your journey!

Jaob, if you look at "Today's posts" on the forum, the active threads will show up.

Hi, I was following up on question about 2.0 protocol. Did i understand correctly that you ARE following that protocol? I'm thinking that mainly involves 800 cal. approx as opposed to 500--a little larger portion of protein svgs and mixing of some veggies? Have you found you lose just as well on that protocol? Thanks for feedback. I'm waiting for my hcg to be delivered, hopefully this week.

    Hi Dubbles,

That's what I'm doing. More protein, a few different green vege. Not eating grissini but having one fruit a day. I'm on day 3 and down 6 lbs. Of course that's early days success but I did okay with 2.0 in my last round, lost 18 lbs.

For what its worth , I am more of a purist I am doing the original protocol to a t ... it works like that for a reason and by skipping grissini or fruits will just bite you in the bum in P3 when you up your calories
The only thing i do incorporate once I am more than halfway through is to have an egg plus egg white ommelette once in a while... or have fat free cottage cheese as a protein replacement... but either of these not more than once a week

Hi Dubbles! Sorry I'm just getting to answer you. I had to postpone my starting this plan until Jan. 18. Google hcg 2.0 Dr. Zach Leboube. Basically you eat to your BMR (they have a calculator on their website). My calorie amount is 650. We are to eat mostly protein and keep carbs under 30 grams. No fruit or starchy carbs. And yes, you can mix the vegies! Best to you!!!

Hi everyone. Sorry I didn't respond earlier. Appreciate everyone's feedback. I love reading about everyone's journey. And it is a Journey, not destination, as the cliche says! Good luck to everyone as they get started either on P2 or P3. We can do this, but it takes mental toughness, at least I think so.

I started first low calorie day today. And I am thinking to do the hcg 2.0 plan, mainly because when I did hcg in past, the protein portions never really satisfied me. The food was ok, but I always wanted a little more fish, or a little larger chicken serving. I'm thinking on P2 that itch will be scratch. I didn't really eat that much today stayed on plan, but I ate more fish (tilapia) than I would have on Dr. S's original protocol. Calories today were 525, and less than 20 carbs, but That is with no fruit and no breadsticks. I haven't felt hungry for food so much as hungry for the activity of eating. Does anyone else ever feel that? There's no snacking, or taking a bite of something not on plan--I think I must nosh a whole lot when not on plan. Because I'm here to tell ya, I'm missing that! Hoping to get used to it as time goes by. And will appreciate not eating once I see the scales move downward. Hope everyone had a good weekend, and look forward to hearing about your programs in future.
