Morning after D5 and I've gained .2. But I know better than to be too upset. I haven't "gone" for 3 days so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. I'm hanging in there, but to be quite honest I'm missing my evening wine. But I can do this for 16 more days (not that I'm counting). I'm happy with the food and feel really good. The headaches have subsided and I'm not ever really hungry. I hope to post some NSVs pretty soon too!

Don't feel like lone ranger, Jaob, I was up .4 this morning and stayed strictly on protocol. Oh well, I keep telling myself, that's not even 1/2 a lb. My DH is going out with a couple of our friends tonite for dinner and drinks. No way will I go, I do not have the will power or won't power to resist temptation right now. So I told them I have a project I am working on right now and have to skip tonite. Project is ME, I'll explain to them later! I'm glad you aren't having headaches and not any hunger. It isn't the hunger that gets to me, it the taste and texture and activity, socialization of eating out or with people I miss. The further along in process you go, the more NSV's you experience. Love those. From looking at your ticker, you don't seem to have much to lose. Have a great weekend!

Thanks for the encouragement Dubbles! I'm down the .2 and an additional .6 so I'm thankful this morning. I like your ME project!! I've been telling myself that this is what I'm doing right now...if I do nothing else for the next 2 weeks then so be it (I find I've been doing a lot reading, puzzles and needlework). I think this is a pretty big and important job!!
BTW-I'm only 5'2" and have an arthritic hip so any extra weight is not good. I started a year ago with IF and LC and lost 20 lbs. (starting weight 171.5) and feel better but now I just want to get the extra weight OFF!
Hope you lose that .4 and more!!!

Good for you Jaob! Keep it up. I did end up losing a lb this a.m. Love that! We got this. Hcg really and truly does help, I'm a believer and proof. 10-11 years ago I lost about 50 lb on hcg, maybe a little more, I forget. Kept it off or close by for several years. Then started inching up. Covoid lockdowns resulted in my eating for comfort. It was fun, but time to move forward! Good luck!

That's great to hear that you were able to keep your losses off for years. That's always my fear...to regain...and I know many have regained after their rounds. But in my case I don't believe it's the hcg protocol but just not being mindful of lifestyle changes I need to make. I have been happy with my losses this round. Not as much as some but I feel so much better and ready to commit to keeping it off after the round!! Thanks for checking in on me every so often!

Yay! I'm done...moving on to P3 today! Thank you Lord Jesus for keeping me on track with no cheats the entire 3 weeks!!! I am happy with my losses. This is the lowest weight I've been in many years. My plan for maintenance is eating LC (with wine of course) and 2 24 hr. fasts per week. I may check in periodically even though I know no one is really reading this. It will keep me focused on staying on track. I would love to lose 20 more lbs. so I may do this again. And just so I remember what I was typically eating I'm going to post my typical daily menu.
    Black coffee
    Collagen with supplements 9 am
    1/2 c. egg whites w/ 2 T. salsa verde 11am
1 cup homemade vegie soup 1pm
snack usually low cal lunch meat w/ olives/pickles 4pm
4 oz lean meat, 1/2 c. lc vegie, salad w/ Bolthouse dressing 6:30pm
    Calories-650-700 Protein-56% Fat-28% Carbs-16% (carbs averaged around 20)

Jaob, just wanted to say, I imagine there are several out here reading your posts. I know I do, but a lot just don't post responses. I find it interesting whenever anyone posts. The threads just aren't as busy as once were, 10 years or so ago. I imagine more might be on hcg, but so many now do it thru clinics and doctors and they get a lot of support there I guess. But the best coaching, answers to hcg protocols is to be found here I think, from the coaches and moderators on these forums.

    Good luck on P3!
