    I used 1/2 serving of MCT oil powder during my last round. One great thing about using it - the gift of regular BM! Big contrast to my first round, when I was constipated the whole round.

    I was the same weight today and it's one of three or combo of:

    MCT oil
    97% ground beef yesterday
    Butterscotch candies
    Two Zevia sodas I had yesterday

    I'm shelving the first three but going to limit myself to one Zevia a day (if I feel like, but if I don't then I won't have one).

    I get the candies and mints from here: http://store.xylitolusa.com
    It looks like they are out of butterscotch but they have a lot of other yummy candies. They really do help with cravings but they may not be great for 2.0. I get my Xylitol from there too (don't use regular sugar).

    I love La Criox! I need to get more Stevia drops. I do have some flavored drops from Capella (vanilla creme and toffee). Those would probably work. Thanks for the tip!

    Just a quick note to those complaining of hunger. When you have the right dose, you should be hungry only just before normal mealtimes. In past rounds I've had a lot of hunger, and people always told me to DEcrease my dose. This time I started out at a much higher dose (equivalent of 500 IU per day, divided into two doses) and my appetite is completely manageable.

    Yes definitely only start with 1/2 tsp of MCT oil. Or you will be running to the bathroom.
    I would cut out the ground beef 97% as it is not a high protein. Try a different cut of beef. Even on OP the beef seemed to be the worst, unless it is totally lean. And the candies may have other ingredients in them that may mess with the diet. The zevia sodas should be okay.. at least I think .

    I pretty much kept at a high protein diet the whole way. I used the wellness site for my BMR x .4 and didn't go over the calories on any day. I used MFC ( my fitness pal) Once I found foods that worked for me, I pretty much stayed with it, and didn't change up too much...

    I was reading something recently that said even 0 calorie sodas/drinks STILL cause insulin to produce.... which gives opportunity to gain....
    So be careful with the various sources you enjoy and doing use as much.

    I'll have to drop out for a while until the new vials come. I'll just do keto for a while. Next time I'll plan better, but I've never gone through the drops in only 15 days.

    I had to mix a new 2000IU vial yesterday. It was strange as the first hCG vial was in 1ml liquid, but this second vial was powder, so I made sure to add the 'missing' one ml. I like a total of 8ml for SQ injections. Awaiting an order for one more 2000iu vial, so I'll have the missing 3rd vial to ensure my round is long enough.

    Thanks, Carry and Jayk on the feedback. I think I'll hold off on MCT for a bit just in case. It scares me lol! I did put about 1 tsp. of coconut oil in my coffee this morning with pumpkin spice stevia and cinnamon. Put it all in the nutribullet and YUM! It's pretty close to bullet proof coffee without the kerrygold butter. So delightful! And yes, good point about O cal drinks producing insulin - I didn't think about that. I'm going to up my tea intake and maybe one Zevia a day (if I even feel like having one that day). And no more xylitol candies for me until P3! I have three weeks until my San Francisco trip so I really want to make each day count. Going to stay perfectly on 2.0 and make meals as simple as possible...sticking to the same meats/veggies as possible so little to no surprises on the scale. No more ground beef. That was a fail. I'm not sick of tuna and chicken yet and those seem to be working well for me so I'll stick with those.

    Okay. I was super off 2.0 this weekend whilst visiting my brothers. i could have made different choices...definitely not their fault...but I didn't. I paid for it by going up 3 lbs. I should know better! I've done other successful rounds and some not so great...so I know the difference between just staying with the plan and going off and beating myself up over it. Back to 2.0 today. And I am 100% committed to staying with it until I do my PI for my trip. I'm so fortunate to have all of you to help me through this. Thank you!
