I'm not sick of tuna and chicken yet and those seem to be working well for me so I'll stick with those.

    Okay. I was super off 2.0 this weekend whilst visiting my brothers. i could have made different choices...definitely not their fault...but I didn't. I paid for it by going up 3 lbs. I should know better! I've done other successful rounds and some not so great...so I know the difference between just staying with the plan and going off and beating myself up over it. Back to 2.0 today. And I am 100% committed to staying with it until I do my PI for my trip. I'm so fortunate to have all of you to help me through this. Thank you!

    Who knows, but the 3# may come off quicker than you think! That would be nice.

    Have you received the beef jerky yet? I have not. SOooo disappointed after the $10 priority shipping cost. Grrr

    The tea came! I've only tried the chamomile tea because it was evening. Meh. I prefer a bolder flavor. I realize chamomile is different.... So I need to try another one.

    Does 2.0 have a set amount of time between rounds like the OP? I am doing 2.0 this time but deleted the book aboit a year after I bought if and disn't start the diet.

    I did not locate anything about the timing between rounds in the 2.0 HCG book by Dr Z. I admit to focusing the last 1/2 of the book, so unless it's the front half.

    Anyone else look ?
