    I take my drops before meals. I find that works for me. Also I keep mine in the refrigerator.

    I have never followed hCG 2.0, but I have done homeopathic hCG (pellets).

    The way I managed the 3 doses was to take them eight hours apart: one upon first waking (usually 7:00 a.m.), one between lunch and dinner (3:00 p.m.), and one at bedtime (11:00 p.m.).
    Started my HCG journey on March 16, 2011

    Just for the record, no part of this journey is for the weak.

    think i will try both ways to see which one works best for me. Thanks!

    What about loading days? i am thinking doing 3 loading days, since I have been on quite a few yoyo diet, fast, low calorie , cleanse probably every few months. I heard that if someone has yoyo diet, 3 days loading will have better result?

    Any suggestions?

    What about cosmetic, skin care, supplements? I think i read in 2.0 that those could be use as usual , not like the original protocol.

    My view is that the oil on skin should not make difference of the ketosis, unless those are the "additional fat" being absorbed through skin which cause body needs to burn those additional fat.

    should we still take our regular supplements, vitamin C, multi vitamins, etc. as usual?

    You should be fine. Just check your supplements to make sure they don't have any added sugar or anything like that.

    I did 3 days loading, and on my day 2 VLCD.

    When people referring "days" on the protocol. Do we count the "loading days" as well ?

    I have been experiencing some headache yesterday, Day 4 or 1st day on VLCD. Is that the Ketone fever while on ketosis?

    Also, should I increase the drop dosage if I still feel hunger even exceed 20 drops each dosage?

    I think most people call the first day of VLCD day 1. Headache the first few days is pretty common.

    Hey folks~
    Back for my first 2.0 round!

    Following it basically as written.

    My concern over trying to control my (self diagnosed lol) eating(?) or body image(? not sure what's wrong with me) disorder, I'm not going to weigh this round. I know it can mask stalls, but my obsession over the scale and inability to not be irrationally tethered to it has caused my last 3 attempts at a round to fail. It's not the food choices, the hunger, the inconvenience...it's looking at the scale because i apparently can't NOT step on it 15 times a day and begin freaking out/losing sleep. <sigh>

    ANYHOOOOOOO lol

    I know how my clothes fit and how my body feels on a 'good round'...so I think this is my best option for a long round

    I'll keep ya' updated, if anyone is in here Basically posting to cause myself some kind of public (perceived) accountability. lol

    Hi Janeen!! Well, My hubby decided he wanted to do it too, so he asked me to wait for him to get home from his business trip (sunday) and so we loaded Sun and Mon, and today is my first day of P2. He is going with the original protocol because his opinion is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" :P I am So motivated and excited, having his support will make a huge difference for me! He took a thermos of OP chili for lunch, I Just made myself some Tilapia and broccoli and I feel great about it! haha.

    Hi everyone. I am starting another round and thought I would check out 2.0 so was happy to find this thread! My first 2 round were on the original P&I and my losses were dismal, especially on my last round. I think it was about an 8-10# looks in 35 days. My first round was great (20# loss) but I really struggled with what I think were for sensitivities or possibly starvation ??? Not sure but it was a miserable and frustrating round for me.
    Anyway I think I'm sensitive to beef, tomatoes, cabbage. I'm definitely sensitive to dairy and wheat because since adding them back in in p4 I've gained almost all of those 8 pounds I lost and my cravings are crazy.

    After reading Janeens success on here I've decided to give hcg2.0 a try. It sounds simple. I hope you don't mind me joining your thread.
