    I think so. If you know the protein, fat and carbs per serving I can do the P/FC calculation and tell you for sure. The calculator is on your app too.

    Well, really, it's not so much that there's a list of what's allowed and what's not. You can eat that, but you won't get as much of it as you would with something that is over 3. But yes, people do eat ground turkey on 2.0.

    VLCD 1 for me today. For breakfast, I'm having chicken breast with hearts of palm and salsa. 150 of my 560 protein calories and 6 g carbs.

    2.63 isn't terrible; the guideline is "above 3 is best."

    Ok and with carbs do they go by Net carbs or total carbs?
