I've been reading some more. I think in 2.0, you get 2 things -- protein and veggies.
For protein, you count the calories, not the grams. So if you get 500 calories and you choose chicken and tuna, then you get 500 calories of chicken and tuna. Keep the fat minimal, but whatever is inherently there will be included in the calories.
Then there are the veggies. You don't have to count the calories and you don't have to subtract them from the 500, but you have to count the grams of carb. No more than 30.
