I'm in P3, maintaining well. I did a short round this time. I'm thinking of cycling back into another short round after a few more weeks of P3. Thanks for asking!

    How are you doing?

  2. #230
I'm down 5.6 in 2 days. I'm shocked. I usually lose well the first week, but that's a lot for me so far. I've been skiing each day, so that might be part of it. I just hope the good losses continue!

Hi everyone, I am doing 2.0, loaded last two days and vlcd day 1 is tomorrow (Monday). I've done hcg before, the last time was 3 years ago and I had decent success considering it took me two rounds (spaced 2 months apart) to lose 22lbs. I kept off most of the weight until the last 9 months, where I am now the heaviest I've been in oh 15 years. Yikes. 15 years ago I lost 40 lbs on an Atkins type low carb style eating plan, did great maintaining for years until my pregnancy, and then never lost the last 20 lbs until the hcg 3 years ago. So having done both styles/forms I was happy to find the 2.0 plan which combines them. I am a believer that the carbs in the OP is what is causing many to stall (including myself in R1 and R2 years ago), that along with not enough calories or protein to keep us out of slipping into starvation mode, again causing stalls. Hopefully I'll be a good test subject because if I, like I am hoping, lose 20 lbs in ONE round I can say it's a HUGE success. =) I'll check in tomorrow!

Good morning! Good luck to everyone starting today. I am doing well so far this round -- I find 2.0 a lot more comfortable than OP, and I have similar losses. I am down 6.6 in 3 days. Yay! Losses will certainly slow, but I'm loving it for now.

Janeen that is awesome! Are you eating breakfast as the 2.0 protocol allows? This morning was vlcd 1 for me and I had to talk myself into eating some protein just because I was conditioned against it in OP!! =)

I am! My go-to breakfast is chicken breast with hearts of palm and a little bit of salsa.
