    afm: down .6 i expected more but have had bathroom issues for the last 3 days,TMI.
    also having done hcg in the past,kinda bummed losses slowed so early on,but as long as it is a downward trend i can deal with it.

    Whooooooooosh!!!

    Down 3.4!!!!

    I figured out that the place I am staying has uneven floors, and moving the scale around in slightly different spots , all roughly in the same place, results in as much as a pound difference! So I found a spot I think I can duplicate pretty well. Even if I took the highest weight spot, though, I'd be down 2.4. Yeah!!!

    Quick Q, when you figure/track total loss, do you use your pre-load weight or after load weight? I guess it really doesn't matter and would think using original pre load weight makes the most sense?

    I'm so excited to have lost, I was nervous that yesterday was too good to be true. My tummy is slowly flattening out, don't get me wrong, it's still jiggly but I've seriously gained a CRAZY beer type belly and matching butt in the last 9 months. I hear big butts are in, but it's not the same when you have a gut to match LOL.

    I'm eating what feels like tons of protein AND veggi's so LOVING this new plan. Also, in full disclosure, I still use my 1T of cream in my coffee every morning AND have had small amounts of cheese. A half slice on a burger patty (dinner two days ago with veggi's), and a sprinkle of fresh parm on a salad with shred chicken and lemon and pepper only for dressing (yesterdays lunch). Although NOT 2.0 protocol, I wanted to test out the low carb base of this plan, having done low carb before (lost 40lbs 12 years ago over 6 months). For me, it seems as long as I count my small amount of fats into my total calories and make sure to get ALL my protein in I do well. Of course this could all come crashing down, or at least slow in the next week, but I'm willing to test it out for future knowledge and maybe help someone else out who needs just a little more of something to get through the process. We all know every body is different so if you try it, proceed with caution

    I'm also trying to walk 3mi. every day. So far I've only missed 1 day. My goal is to get up to 5mi. day however long it takes to get there.

    AFM: I have been fully 2.0 for the past two days (give or take). I lost a lb yesterday, and another today. I am totally surprised, thought I would be hanging up the old hcg, but now I am back to losing and am eating almost 1200 calories a day. My protein works out to 810, and my coconut oil is 360, so that is really high for hcg. Today I only ate 300 calories of protein, but I ate all 800 yesterday and still lost. I'm excited to weigh in tomorrow.

    Yay, Lynne!

    So. I'm out of HCG, so I guess yesterday was my LDW. I lost 9.6 pounds in 8 days. So now I'm waiting out the 72 hours, and then I'll transition to P3. I'm going to maintain the best I can and go back to P2 in a month or two to get the other 10 off.

    Janeen, I may see you in a month. I'm planning to go P2 on Friday, and cycle back 3 weeks later, but you know how things change.

    This is vlcd 26 and I am down another pound for 17 lbs total. 3 lbs in 3 days on 2.0! I started at 254 aand now an 237 so nearly 20 lbs in the blink of an eye. My drops are great this time, using AnuMed eHCG and taking a modified dosage of 6 drops, 4 times a day. This is equal to the 8 drops, 3 times a day (24 drops), that they suggest , so I don’t know why they also suggest 5 drops, 4 times a day. This is better for me.

    Yesterday I ate very little, 3 egg whites plus 1T CO (in coffee), no lunch, 8 oz halibut, huge salad w small tomato and CO/ACV/Balsamic dressing, asparagus fried in CO. That is all. I went with my daughter for Indian food buffet, but just drank my coffee and water. I could have had tandoori chicken, but the salad stuff was gone and all the other veggies were mixed in sauce and lentils or garbanzos, etc. My protein for the day was only 300 calories so I could have had a burger or some chicken thighs and still been in my 800 calorie range. I am so amazed and impressed with 2.0 and that I am actually losing weight on a daily basis. The calories are sufficient and the veggies plentiful, and it is like a normal diet rather than one of extreme deprivation. I had thought the original protocol was unhealthy, especially the part of no fats for 30 to 45 days, so the CO takes care of that provides a nice salad dressing (very flavorful!) and no protein deprivation either. This does not seem unhealthy at all! Even Dr S said the protein was borderline deficient., which was the reason so many gained water after P2 if they didn’t up their protein.

    I want to share that I had a NAET treatment last week. The treatment was for Iron, and the result I have seen is: Eczema cleared up, sleeping through the night (haven’t done that in years), no constitipation (I have been constipated since birth). I normally take CLA (3) for my eczema, and magnesium citrate (3) for my constipation, and now I have cut down to 1 a day of each with no return of symptoms. I am so thrilled with this treatment and hopeful I can cut out those two supplements to save about $60 a month. I spend a boatload on supplements, so everyone I can cut out helps. The treatment was $75, so it has nearly paid for itself already!

    Adventure girl, several yrs ago, my daughter did one round of hcg as rogue as you seem to be. She did lose weight, but gained it back after finding it hard to stabilize. Please be careful. Dairy is a definite no no. I would love to eat dairy but not not doing it. I am also roguish with my non dairy creamer. But have done that with no issues for years. It's my one chemical
    I haven't been able ditch. After p2 I am going to be tested a few homemade creamers and other things I have pinned on Pinterest for clean eating.

    no loss this morning. none of my normal long walk yesterday and calories a little higher,so really wasnt expecting much. at least it wasnt a gain;

    Me either, no loss today so hoping for double tomorrow! I woke up too early so still had fluid in my system.
