Lava - this is my first time to do 2.0 as written, and even then, I pushed down my carbs in week 3 from 30 to only 20 per day, which (for me) spurred losses instead of stalls. I like the extended variety, but still have to be vigilant in watching food counts while on P2. I do not miss the fruit and I had ditched the "bready" stuff anyway.

So far, it has been a better choice for me.

    Glad you make it over!

I am going to follow you Janeen...i am very interested in seeing not only HOW you lose, but where and how you feel during it.

I'm going to play with 2.0 for a few more days to see how it works for me. If the scale starts moving, I'll stick it out. If not, I'm going to end this round.

So, first I decided to go until Sat. Then yesterday, I decided I was done. Then this morning, I was down .6, so I decided to keep going.

I wonder what I'll do tomorrow?

Well, this morning, down 3.8. So I injected. I really, really hope there's no bounce-back gain tomorrow!

Thanks! It is exciting. I'm at 28 days now and down almost 23 lbs. I'd be happy to end it now, if that last whoosh will just stay gone.

I'm at 162.8 now. My final goal is to maintain below 155, so I'm thinking this is good, and a short round in March should get me there.

Janeen, I am really happy for you about t his drop and very interested in wondering if you think it was the change in the protocol that brought that around.
