Day 34 and down exactly 17 pounds! I am getting close to my desired weight but maintaining my 1/2 pound a day average. I know they say hcg2.0 doesn't work for everyone but it sure has made this round the most enjoyable round I've had!

Hello all. I'm back after a 5 year break. Lol I guess I got a little sidetracked with getting married and having a baby. Anyway. I'm on vlcd1and I'm giving the2.0 version a try this time. Today was amazing food wise, but frustrating because I got a huge lecture about how it's stupid of me to do hcg again when I gained back everything from the time. Sheesh....i mean really that was 5 years and a baby ago. I'm so done with the "you have to learn self control not try magic pills". At least my husband is supportive. And because I'm doing 2.0 he said he would eat what I eat any more. Ok....end rant. I'm happy to be back. Last time I did this I lost 32 in 40 I hope it'll be close to the same this time.

Hi Ladies, would love to join you as I learn about HCG 2.0.

Iím currently on VLCD 35 and started out on the original protocol.
I had a week long stall between VLCD 15-23 and was getting really frustrated.
Started reading about HCG 2.0 and on VLCD31, started eating 2.0 style.
My first few days were -.4/-.6/-.8/-.4, so Iím quite happy about the new protocol. Those kind of losses for me are unheard of at this late stage in the diet.

Iím on homeopathic HCG and want to lose 4 more lbs, so will stay on P2 until at least day 40 and possibly a bit longer. I hit the 50 lbs loss mark (again) today, so that feels good. Originally did HCG in 2013 and have had to do 1-2 rounds per year to maintain, as my sweet tooth comes back every holiday. Iíve tried to gain back no more than 7-8 but this time i gained back 17 . This time, I am really going to try to find alternative desserts using Stevia or Swerve sugar substitute.

My new favorite lunch on HCG 2.0 is Chicken Caesar Salad (cast iron grilled chicken breast w salt and pepper only) over romaine with 1T freshly grated parmesan cheese over the top.

    Mock Caesar Dressing:
    juice of 1/2 lemon
1T refined Coconut Oil (less coconut taste)
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
dash dijon mustard (maybe 1/4 tsp)
    drop Worchestershire Sauce (opt)
    salt, fresh ground pepper
Taste and if too tart, add a splash or water or two.

Look forward to chatting with you guysÖ Karen

    Janeen,
I have Amazon Prime but don't see HCG 2.0 out there for free...i saw a 'sample'. Am i missing something? I did order the book just now but wanted to get a head start. So far have been doing just as you said with the Calc BMR, x .4 to get protein calories, adding up to 30g carbs and up to 1T coconut oil with all 3 meals. (but usually only do 1T/day). So far is working, but getting close to P3 and wanted to see if that is any different or if P2 has any other tricks. I stumbled over a YouTube last night of Dr. Zach Laboube saying that you can even add nuts in P2 wow! That is cool!

I'm on P2R1 VLCD12 and have lost 12.6 pounds. Last time I did a round of Hcg years ago, I had a long stall. When I hit a stall this time, I plan on switching over to Hcg 2.0.

My question? Is P3 still 3 weeks long followed by a 3 week P4? Since I won't have lost all my weight in my first P2, I'd rather do a 2 week P3 and then jump immediately back into P2 to finish. What are the P3 & P4 rules with 2.0. Thanks

I don't think the book is free. The app is, though. And the book is available both in paperback and kindle forms.

He "allows" people to do all kinds of things, if it means sticking with it. That does not mean that all those things will lead to maximum weight loss, though, just so you know.

Thanks to this thread, I just downloaded the HCG 2.0 book and I am ready to get started. I did HCG OP 3 years ago and got to my goal weight. Then, I got into an accident and it took me awhile to heal. I ate, and ate, and ate. Not sure why because I really didn't enjoy the food.

I am currently using injections prescribed by the local weight loss clinic but they are expensive. For the next round, I am going with the drops.

After doing the HCG OP, I cannot believe that I am going to get away with eating another 260 calories! It feels like a daily feast. Under the OP, I went rogue by adding an egg for breakfast since I walked on the treadmill and did light weight-lifting. That is all legal now under 2.0. The HCG 2.0 seems more complicated so I may follow use some of the food diaries posted here until I get more familiar with the nutritional values.

Welcome. Never apologize for needing to do another round. Whoever got the idea that we should lose the weight once and never regain an ounce was delusional, I think. We ALL tend to have weight fluctuations. Some people are better at taking it back off right away. Others of us need rounds to get it off. Whatever works.

Hi everyone. I just started taking 2.0 from inside out wellness and am wondering if the transition to p3 is still the same - eat p2 for 48 hour a without drops. Thanks!
