    This is Round 2 for me. I'm on Day 26.. I have been doing OP for Round 1 and up to a few days ago when I got the book and started reading thru this forum.. some great info so thanks for that
    Ok so 900 calories of protein is ok? wow, that's a lot of protein! This morning I weighed the same so no loss but I've just finished TOM today so I'm not too worried about that.. I'll see what the weekend weights hold for me..
    So, yes, total carbs is cool.. I function well with 30g carbs and I love Lettuce and cucumber and celery which are fab for lower carbs etc...
    Are you currently doing a round? or are you P3?

    Started P3 yesterday. I started 2.0 in the middle of an OP round, too. I had stalled out for more than a week, and figured I didn't have much to risk. Haven't looked back!

    I know the feeling. I just switched to 2.0. With my new meds I've been gaining and losing the same 2 pounds for over a week now. Funny (not ) how even on 500 calories a day I'm on a weight roller coaster being bloated and hungry one day and then not bloated and not hungry for the next couple days. Darn meds.

    I figure since I'm wanting to do 5 weeks, I might as well enjoy it so 2.0 it is. Also, not going to weigh again for a week. Me and my scale are on non speaking terms. Think my scale needs an anger management course. It just insists on pissing me off every couple days.

    Will I ever see the 130's?

    I'm wanting to do a long round aswell.. it's harder in Australia cause my Doctor controls the length of time and she is very strict to Dr S OP rules for Rounds etc... I cant get the hcg over here as you guys can **oh well** I got to work with what I got hey

    I'm amazed at how great 2.0 is so far.. the amount of protein I should eat is huge! 905 cals of protein is massive.. I havent managed to eat that much protein on any day yet. I think the closest I've gotten is about 700 cals.. I am very new to 2.0 so I am still trialing it
    Do you have more rounds to do Janeen?
    Would you mind telling me what rules you give yourself for P3? I settled 3kg over LDW for my last round which was dissappointing after all the hard work.. I'm busy researching what others do now to try and learn some things to help me for the end of this Round...

    Loss 800g / 1.7lb today
    a bit of a whoosh
    so happy to be back on track after the last week of correcting my 'off plan' experiment...

    Does anyone find that when they do a skip day that they dont lose any weight? I have noticed that every skip day I've done this round has been a zero weight loss day.. I'm wondering if anyone else has that?

    Most of us order the hcg online, rather than going through our doctors, although many went through doctors at first. I went through my doctor for,,, maybe 3 rounds? By then, I realized I knew much more about it than she did. I have since switched to hhcg. Much cheaper and easier to get here.

    Janeen your posts have been super helpful to me, finished reading this entire thread last night. I really didn't want to give up fruit as I love it so much, but, honestly, this MAKES SO MUCH SENSE. My protein calories are 699 and I will be doing a 40 day round, if not longer.

    I am loading today (my Thanksgiving will actually be seafood this year, very simple). Got two mega quiches (bacon, cheeeese, eggs, spinach, made with full fat cream) cooking, and then go from there. I also have premium MFP so changed my categories from breakfast/lunch/dinner to protein/vegetables/fat. That should help! My son is living with me currently and he is going to join me, sort of, doing paleo (except for Taco Tuesdays, because Taco Tuesdays.

    I am excited to see how this works for me. I want to lose 34 lbs. I have a final vial of hcg, and have GFC to follow up after. Here we go! I am so excited. I am positive the extra protein is going to make all the difference.

    Hi Caroline.. nice to have you here.. your loading sounds YUMM! I am loving 2.0.. I am very overweight so I have 905 protein cals which is ALOT! too much most days actually.. it's early days but it seems to be working.. and I'm trialling MCT oil aswell.. I've always loved it since I discovered BP coffee and now I have it in any hot drink.. It hasnt stalled my weight so far but I know some say it doesnt work for them..
    Anyways, nice to see you here.. good luck with the last bit of your weight - im sure you will be great

    AFM ~ down 300g / 0.6# today.. so a total of 8.4kg / 18.4lb this round.. (i had a major hiccup for 2 weeks so I'm still grateful for these losses).. altogether I have gotten rid of 23.3kg / 51.2lb so I cant begin to express how much i luv HCG... i never thought it possible to find something that works! EVA! wow.. I'm off to Hydrotherapy (water) today with my mum.. havent been before so I'm not sure what to expect.. hopefully it will be good.. *fingers crossed*

    Awwww, thank you, Leaf! I was afraid to try 2.0 at first, but haven't looked back. I'm glad you're going to try it. And if you like OP better, you can always switch back. . Good luck!

    Hi Bubbles. I always assume I'll have more rounds to do, LOL. I have struggled with weight my entire life, and started hcg at 250. After a bazillion rounds, I'm now at 156. I'm 5'6", so that's an ok weight. I'm thinking I could stand to lose a few more pounds now, just for vanity, but health-wise, I'm at a pretty good weight.

    It is hard for me to maintain, though. Some people go back to eating crap and regain. Some people get steady creep. I tend to have a lot of food sensitivities, and I'll maintain beautifully, the BAM! I'll be up 3-5 lbs overnight. I can do a steak day and lose most of it, but will usually gain back half of the steak day losses, so I'll still be up 2-3 lbs. After that happens too many times, I have to do another round.

    And as for P3 rules, I am pretty strict. I eat lots of fat -- I want to get my calories UP as quickly as possible so that I stabilize eating more, not less. And I stay far away from any sugars or starches (even natural ones like fruit), and I wait a bit for most nuts and baked items. I don't tolerate dairy well, or eggs, so I just don't go there.

    I'm traveling with my family right now for Thanksgiving (Paleo and P3!). I haven't decided yet if I will try to get another week of P2 in when I get back (making this a PI), but for sure, I am looking to start some serious exercise.

    Thanks for the welcome and oooh Hydrotherapy sounds wonderful! I hate hate HATE loading while at work. UGH. But I have the 2nd quiche to devour today, and I had 2 big breakfast sausages, and work has almonds so I plan to polish those off. I was exactly 200.00 this morning. I am shocked to see that number. Shocked and horrified. I have been at my present job 4.5 years and in that time have put on 20 lbs. Oh my gosh LAWYERS. STRESS. I love my job but there will always be stressed. UGH. 900 is a lot of calories for protein - it certainly is an odd way to think about getting calories in, but I like it. I plan to measure out tomorrow's food tonight. I also am debating - do I throw away that food in my freezer that I know I can't eat for the forseeable future? I should put a 'will donate' on the neighborhood email and just give it all to someone. Sight.
