Hi Danas, welcome! Congrats on that nice loss. I have not been loosing so can't comment.

Last, uggh, yea, I'm doing 40+ days this time. I'll probably skip the cycling. Maybe another time. I'd love for there to not be another time for awhile. I think I have to be keto to keep the goal weight also. Which I'm mostly fine with but I"m not as good as people I've seen on instagram at figuring out keto when I'm out eating. My body just doesn't want to be at the goal weight like it used to. I'm hoping life will be less stressful soon as maybe that's a contributor to easy weight gain. Anything has got to be less stressful then grad school!! Graduation June 19th!!! WooHoo!!

Decided I love 2.0 and just do that now without thinking about it too much. I measured everything and tracked it all the first time I tried 2.0 but this is 2nd or 3rd time so I just eyeball it now.

Danas, I have had grilled salmon and still had good losses. Also cottage cheese, I just get the lowest calorie one I can find at whole foods. I also do lowest cal spaghetti sauce with ground beef and zucchini noodles and have great losses as well. And I do lots of roasted brussel sprouts and have great losses.

I'm on VLCD 6, lost 5.5 lbs after load weight, so I'm happy with that so far.

Hi to anyone I haven't said hi to! Best wishes on your round!

My longer rounds previously were over 40 and 50 days. I was 298 when I started, so I was very motivated to keep going. I stabilized great, so you may want to try longer rounds if you can.
I see. From what I read it says you HAVE to do a full round at the end, which for me isn't really going to give me much benefit. It would actually just take a week of losses from me since I have a end date for this round that I want to stick with and get back to my goal weight or within a few lbs of it. I have graduation June 19th and would like to have 4 weeks of p3 before that. Sure wish I'd looked into cycling before though. I don't get the mandatory full round at the end. I mean how is the cycling different than a PI? Maybe I forgot that a full round is required after a PI too but I just don't ever remember reading that in P&I and I've read that thing a bunch of times. But, I could have forgotten, lol!

    Thanks for your experiences Sugar!
Ugh, I think I had too much salt last night and I was up a pound this morning. Sooooo frustrating!
I am going to try some canned salmon for dinner tonight. I'm really thinking of only weighing once a week. The slow daily losses are discouraging!

Hello I'm on VLCD 3 am I'm wondering how do I know if I'm taking to many drops or not enough. I'm taking HCG Triump 26 - 10 drops 3 times a day per the instructions. I notice that I'm hungry pretty much throughout the day while at work but when I get home after 4 I feel much better until I take the last dose. Then a few hours later I'm hungry again like at work. Any thoughts ?

If this is RX HCG it would indicate your dose is too high. I am not familiar with homeopathic though.

HCG 2.0 Really works!!! So excited!

I just wanted to pipe in and say that I LOVE the HCG 2.0 version!!!! This being my 8th round...it has been the absolute best round so far for me, in losses & well being. I am VLCD#7 and have lost 5 pounds (NOT including load weight). Doesn't sound like much, but it's unbelievably fast for me, as I have always been a painfully slow loser no matter how on p.o.p. I was. I love the increased protein, and never ate the fruits & bread sticks anyhow...so more protein just makes sense. My body loves it! I seriously will never to an OP round again, ever. I know this thread seems super quiet, but if anyone is interested in what my daily intake is I would be happy to "cut & paste" from my other thread I post more regularly at.

    Good luck everyone!!!

    Round 1-Start weight in 2011 was 142lbs.
Round 8-just as annual cleanup round 2017

I did the Triumph hhcg and 10 drops ended up being too much for me. 8 drops 3x/day spaced evenly apart is what worked well for me. Did you get the syringe thingy with your drops? If so, if you fill it to that line, it is 8 drops. I liked using the syringe.

I am interested in what is working for you. I am on Rx day 29 and have only lost 10 lbs!
This is round 11 I think doing original protocol minus grissini and my loses are the worst ever. I have always done HHCG before this. Has been 6 months since last round. I still have 12 more to lose to get to last LDW.

I've read hcg 2.0 and. considering changing over to hcg 2.0 for the remaining 10-15 days.

I am enjoying the 2.0 for the most part. I've had 2 unexpected 1lb gains on the scale (one this morning) but I think they were both from increased salt for the day. I'd love to see what you are eating. I'm mainly sticking to tuna, chicken and mahi mahi. I had some beef yesterday for the first time and saw a gain today so I'm not sure if it was salt or beef, or a larger mahi mahi portion for dinner even though I was within my calorie limit. Sigh.

Just wrote a nice long update & it freaking disappeared!!!! NOOOOOO!
Gonna try again, but have to keep it short and sweet. We will see if this one even goes thru (fingers crossed)

    What's been working for me

So here is an example of my average day:

    6am-Black coffee (w/vanilla sweetleaf SteviaDrops)

8am-Nutrabullet whey shake In place of morning fruit!!!
(contains: 1scoop low carb whey protein, tons of parsley, spinich, celery, cucumber, icecubes, water, sweetleaf chocolate Stevia....blend up in nutrabullet...no fruit!!!)

Noon'ish- (3.4-3.6oz) Slow cooked grass fed beef with loads of broth & celery sticks W/mustard

3pm'ish- Nutrabullet whey shake (repeat ingredients of morning shake)

6-8pm- (3.4-3.6oz) Slow cooked chicken with lots of broth, sautéed up w/bag of miracle noodles (usually skip evening veggies since I get loads in nutrabullets)

*This is the first round I have attempted to use miracle noodles, and I am glad I have because it hasn't seemed to slow down my losses at all.
*I still keep fat intake as extremely LOW as possible
*I still take ALL my usual supplements (which are many), and I feel more vitality than previous rounds
*I take some herbs to replace my evening glass of wine, keeps me sane
*I still adhere to NO lotions, oils, creams (but still use usual shampoo/conditioner and oil free oil of ole that I have used past 20yrs)
*I never weigh meat raw, just fully cooked.
*Skip all fruits & grissini (so I can increase proteins and stay ketogenic!)
*My veggie/whey nutrabullet (in place of fruits 2xday) has loads of nutrition from veggies & adds 15grams protein per shake...sooths mind, body, belly.
*LOVE my slow cooker! Three times per week load it with meats, seasonings, and loads of broth!!!
*Veggies I stick to mostly: Celery, Cucumbers, parsley, spinach, spring mix lettuces
*First round I put ACV in my water!!! Really helps shed water retention, and makes me want to chug water all day because its yummy w/flavored stevia

Anyhow...just thought I would share what is working for me. I have never felt better on a round and I still can't believe how consistent my losses have been thus far.

    Round 1-Start weight in 2011 was 142lbs.
Round 8-just as annual cleanup round 2017

    VLCD#10 Down 7 pounds

Oops! Guess I should have updated my weight loss stats too. Here it goes!

    VLCD#10
Total loss of 7 pounds...again sounds puny, but I am very close to goal weight already. Just trying to shave off those last 15lbs that won't go anywhere no matter how clean I eat as a low carb lifer! and strenuous exercise actually makes me gain FAT. So I keep my exercise to daily walks and full body stretching, and I am a massage therapist so I have a very physical job. So even though seven pounds doesn't seem amazing...I usually lose EXTREMELY slower no matter what I do. So this is good, and puts me just 9lbs away from goal weight, and I am only on VLCD#10. So I think I have a chance of making goal weight in this short 23 day round.

Hope the scales are treating all of you just as well!!! This is quite the journey, and remember...there is nothing quite like that "P2 Skinny" phase of all this. It's such a unique part that only comes with the hard work of P2. I look forward to it every round. And I might as well embrace it, because I plan on doing a short HCG 2.0 round every year as a sort of kick in the arse in self discipline, and to detox annually. I'm just glad I have the 2.0 this time, and for every annual round to come .
