    How do you know when to adjust your dose? I haven't been hungry most days except at meal time, so just stuck at 125 days past 10.

    I went to a charity event Saturday night to raise money for my failing high school and to my Neices bday party on Sunday. I did cheat a tiny bit but by that, I mean a couple of bites plus I did have pulled Pork w no sauce and some Cole slaw. Of course, I am up 1.4 which sucks. Mentally, at day 38, I'm done. Think Wednesday is my LIW.

    So glad you are still in it mentally. Travel safely.

    Oh trust me, you know when your dose is off. For me it's this gnawing inside feeling with a really bad irritability. For others it's hunger/fatigue.
    If you are only hungry at meals your dose is fine.
    Yep, sounds to me like you are ready for some P3!
    Enjoy it and don't beat yourself up over the cheat. It's just water weight and you can take it off in P3 anyway.

    Thanks...I got to push my trip back to Wednesday because of a flight issue so I'm psyched I only have to travel for 2 days now. LOL

    Well, all but .2 of the 1.4 i gained this weekend have come off. Trying to behave. At 140.4 today...i really wanted to get back into the 130's. will see what tomorrow holds for me..may be drops, may be day 2 vlcd without drops. Looks like your before/after and round weights are same as mine, except from your bmi, you must b a bit taller as my bmi is 23.3.

    Yep, I'm just about 5'6". I'd be thrilled to be at 140 today. LOL

    Hello all. Just checking in. Things are going well. I'm happy and bummed about my weight loss all at the same time. Today is P2D9 and I'm down 7.4lbs. Which is only 3.1 down from my pre-load weight. So, while 7 pounds in 9 days is awesome, it's disappointing to be still so close to my original starting weight. Then I have to remind myself, I am still averaging just under a 1 pound loss per day. I was down .4 this morning. Any other diet, I'd be happy with that amount after a week! Such mind games in all this.

    I am using drops, but have the injections, and I think I'm going to switch today.

    I bet you will have better results with injections (although I've never done drops) but you are having great losses anyway.
    Take your measurements too! The days where you see no weight loss on the scale but see the inches gone are very encouraging.

    Hi everyone! I'm new, name is Anna. Today is R1, P2, VLCD 4 and I am down 4 pounds from my pre-loading weight! I'm excited to do hCG 2.0 because the OP got so boring for me and I developed a meat aversion. I'm a big fan of ketosis anyway so when I found Dr. LaBoube's book I was super excited. I hope this thread stays active!

    I thought the 2.0 plan was to use with the drops.

    Are you all having more success with the injections and the 2.0 plan or are the drops also working with the 2.0 plan.

    Hoping to decide this weekend which way I wan to go so I've been coming through these threads.

    R1, P2, VLCD 16 and I am down 14.8. Had a few bad days in there where I gained, presumably due to eating extra salt on my food (I almost never put salt on anything). I feel so good, and I'm enjoying the large losses, but I sure can't wait to put butter on my veggies again!!!

    Annabanana86 - I am also doing this version. I have noticed that losses aren't as extreme as the OP (for me atleast) BUT the hunger isn't a problem and I know that I can continue ketosis after I am done. I am on VLCD 14 and I am at a 12 lb loss. I noticed the scale drops, goes higher the next day, goes back to the "lowest" weight the next, and then finally drops again on the 3rd day. Kinda frustrating.... I also live in Utah! I am in West Jordan.

    I'm in Taylorsville! I'm finding that if I have to go to an event I can still eat keto/low carb and keep my calories down and I don't gain the next day, just stay where I am. I hate that so many social events revolve around food! And people look at you like you're from outer space when you try to refuse food... But anyway, I'm down 15.4 lb in 23 days (due to a couple of social meals) but I only have one more scheduled social event before my 40 injections are up so I think I'll reach my goal of 20+ pounds easily.

    Hcg 2.0 411

    Hi all. I'm back after a long hiatus. My last round was a disaster. I got off of the HCG and gained about 40 pounds back over the last few months. I was constantly hungry and I thought it was an immunity issue so I stopped the round.

    I started another round recently and it's going MUCH better. Turns out I had to up my dose from 200iu to 350iu. The HCG is from ReliableRx is weak. I anticipated that since it comes from overseas, but I didn't know it was that weak. (I'm a guy by the way. 200iu is normal for me.)

    12 pounds down in 11 days. I wish I solved my dosing issue earlier.
