Thanks! It'll take until mid September to get back to 200 or less, but it'll be so worth it. It always sucks to have to lose weight all over again. Are you on a round?

Yes I have no idea what number around this is. I am trying to finally get this weight off and also there is a family wedding in the fall.... A couple of years ago I lost about 60 pounds and got down to you we are normal size clothes, felt great had more energy less pain etc. then I had work stress and I gained almost everything back. I am now newly retired and determined. I have 100 pounds to lose.

    You can do it!

Wait, that sounded corny. Seriously though, it can be done. I went from 298.6 to 200.4 last year. You just have to build up amazing willpower. It gets easier each time. Last year, it wouldn't matter who was eating what around me. Sometimes, they'd even apologize for it since they know I'm on protocol. It didn't matter. I had a goal and the weight was coming off so the very idea of cheating was laughable to me.

Fast forward to this year and it got went downhill as soon as my dose wasn't working. I'm just now getting back to that mindset of willpower. I went to Denny's a few days ago with a friend. I only had a black coffee. He had eggs, pancakes, hash browns. The works. It looked so beautiful, but I wasn't even close to being tempted to order anything else.

    Here's hoping that continues. 🤞🏽

Perhaps the mere fact that you were with out for a time period and then giving your body more, just a bit more was enough to make the body thinking all is good and it can now burn fat again.

does that make any sense? LOL!

Hi there! I see there is a little bit of activity here. I just learned of 2.0 and wanted to know how successful people are with it.

I used 2.0 with pellets in a 100nday round over a year ago. I continued to use half and half in my coffee and some olive oil to cook.
I reshaped with consistency ( because I was looking to reshape more than pounds lost).
    Still maintaining...120-123.
Daughter and I noticed weight gain in spring with allergies and as allergies have tapered off the weight has returned to the lower number.

    How many days? '100nday'??
    Congrats on the maintenance!

I ended up with something called perioral dermatitis the middle of March. I tried all kinds of things for four weeks and resorted to a dermatologist appt. The day before, I started yet another possible fix: generic anti-fungal. It started to work! I still saw the derm and she prescribed 100mg doxycycline taken two times a day. BTW, I already suspected perioral dermatitis and the derm confirmed it! The antibiotic script was for 60 days! 60 days!! Ack. Definitely started probiotics. Anyway, it took four-five weeks and it started to improve. I was already into the second 30-day script when on Day #35, I started having photosensitivity on my arm and had a terrible 'burn.' The derm suggested using just one 100mg a day. That worked as far as the photosensitivity, but extended the time to finish the script. At a follow-up appt the derm wanted me to taper to 40mg doxy after the 100mg is finished. I have a few days left... and another follow-up appt on Monday morning.

I say all that Hcg 2.0 411 Information to explain why my weight increased to +7-9# of LIW. Doesn't sound like a lot, but I'm very tempted to do a short round to get it off. Besides, HCG always made me feel good. Hcg 2.0 411 Information

Wow! That is a struggle! I avoid the scale, just for my mental health...it is a dark well to fall in otherwise.

All those meds will mess with your body as far as weight. And it can take months for your body to process it out and back to losing .
Good news it isn't fat...mostly. the body has a lot of inflammation with both the illness and meds.

I don't do short rounds. I always gain it back.
100 days gives my body plenty of time to lose and get use to burning fat.

And I too feel great on HCG...sleep great, positive attitude and it balances my hormones.

    Have a great evening!

    Brick,
I also feel really good on hCG. I think it makes me feel a lot younger. This round I have lost on average 3/4 of a pound a day… Seems very slow since I have had some days when I have stalled. Maybe I should try 100 days, LOL… The most I have ever done is about 40.
