Ohh they were advertised at DietDoc as a way to increase your losses, tell me about it. I don't wanna downtalk on them so early in the game, but I sure skipped it today. Someone else here probably knows what they exactly are made of.

I've read a few people comparing their rounds with and without lipo shots, and they didn't see any change in the speed of their losses. But never read anyone celebrating greater losses thanks to lipo shots. It would be wise of me to read those before I put my order in. After the fact, I thought, well they may or may not help, I've got them so I might as well give them a shot (literally lol)

Back to you: yaaay you've started your round! What's your start weight? I started at 145lbs. I'm 5'5" tall and have been between 125-130lbs most of my adult life. My closet is still 70% size 4-6 clothes, and the rest are so called flattering (!) styles, you know, tunics, faux wrap dresses and what not. They don't flatter my soul a bit, to tell you the truth.

Lots of love to everyone! (And an extra wink to my fellow Texans)

The forum is more active in one of the Daily Accountability and support groups

    https://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums/f49/

No matter what protocol you follow you could post there as well as here. This group is more for asking questions on HCG 2.0, which is fine too, but not many follow this.

That's great on your loss Bawdy congrats

    Good luck everyone

Sure is! So far I've had a fried ham sandwich, a few peanut M&Ms, a slice of Irish soda bread with butter and blackberry jam. Need to eat the last 8 slices of thick-sliced bacon, and dinner will be filet mignons and mashed potatoes with butter, maybe some roasted veggies. Lemon meringue pie for dessert. We'll be splitting a bottle of champagne, too.

I've been trying to find good p2 2.0 recipes on Pinterest, but I swear I can't figure out that site. I search specifically for "HCG 2.0 phase 2 recipes," find something that looks good only to see that there are 4 Tbsp of oil used in it. No way that's a p2 recipe no matter what plan you're on.

That all sounds delicious. I love loading days lol.

I just posted some good P2 recipes yesterday

Phase 2 recipes by Tammy Skye - Original Protocol

It is a downloadable pdf file.

    Loading days....

I purchased a few things for loading.... one of the items is a pkg of cream cheese. Wow, I haven't eaten cream cheese since 2011 or before! LOL

I knew a can of Rotel was in the pantry, so using the cream cheese and the Rotel. Oh, yum! Actually had DH get one more package cream cheese since that's what the recipe uses:

    http://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/...#activity-feed

Plus he picked up a can of black-eyed peas for tomorrow, New Years Day fare. Good thing I'm still loading tomorrow.

    Thanks, y'all.
    Blessings.

Hey Bawdy, where do you plan to hang out this round? I've been writing here and at Leez's Jan loaders, and today I started writing at January lovelies. (Well I'm technically a December loader but they're closer to P3 now)
    See you around Bawdy!

SpringTX, I used to play WordFeud with a gal named Jolene, and she lived in Spring, TX. Also, a former neighbor moved there years ago, Karen S. Small world.

Thanks for posting those recipes! I'll check them out after I get the house UN-decorated from Christmas.

Today begins Day 1 of VLC, except that I've already had 4 slices of juicy bacon left over from loading that I simply couldn't eat yesterday.

So, after 2 days of loading, this morning I stepped on the scale.

    Drumroll, please ...

DOWN another 0.6 pounds, for a total of a 2-pound LOSS after 2 days of loading!

How is that even possible? By loading cleanly (more or less), that's how. I remember the first time I loaded for my first round of hcg in 2011. The emphasis was on loading with sugar and carbs. I ate almost a whole container of cookies, 6 crème horns, candy bars, donuts, you name it. And gained something like 4 or 5 pounds. Those first days of VLC were had: appetite way up, headaches, blech.

I have a theory. It's based wholly on superstition, but so be it. You know how you always seem to see the same numbers? For me, it's 1111. I'll frequently look up to see what time it is, and it's 11:11. The number 1111 is supposed to signify some sort of gateway, or passageway. I also always see multiples of 3. Good things always seem to happen around the number 3, 9, 18, 27. Our wedding was on 11/18. My birthday is 3/27.

So, that really good round for me? It started on 1/1/11.

This year, I'll be starting on 1/1/18. So much significance to this number! The day Greg and I got married on was 11/18. Then, if you look at the entire date of 1/1/2018, it still works. The first "1/1" is 11. Perfect. Now add up the rest of the numbers. Yup. 11.

    How can I go wrong?

    Here's to a great 2018!!!

    Wow, BW!

Our daughter is out of town and she begged us to not take the tree and things down until after she returns..... sometime today. She's driving 4+ hours, so it depends when she leaves.

No gain, but loss during loading, BawdyWench?! After Day 1 of Loading, I went up 1#. We'll see what happens after Day 2 of Loading. ETA: I'm sure my increase has to do with the FAGE--as maybe dairy isn't my friend..... and the quinoa. How many carbs to quinoa? 33 grams to a 1/4 cup, and I likely had more than that! Well, again, I won't be able to have quinoa starting tomorrow..... I feel I am getting some fats in, for sure.

    No more cheating, BW!
    I'm a day behind you.
