I hope you didn't take what I said to mean your clogging up this thread.
I just meant if you had specific questions like your injections to post in one of the threads that Leez or Grammy watches. I just meant people who don't follow or agree with this protocol, most likely won't read it.

I appreciate that, Jayk.... Hey, my initials are Jay-Kay of my first and last name.

By the way, 2.0 makes sense to me given why should we all have the same 500 calories/day if we are different sizes and have different BMR needs?
I am going to go this route with 2.0 HCG. I'll be receiving a third vial...hopefully in time. I wish my Mac would let me open my Excel file with prior rounds history! It says the file is corrupt. Ack! Maybe after the update install and the computer restarts, it will work. I'm not sure the updates will work as the disk is full. I usually get about 13 injections per 2000u vial.... we'll see. So, I need the third vial in about 20 days! Crossing fingers.

Did you have your excel file stored on the cloud, cause then you could restore it?
I hate when one loses a document. Not sure how else to fix it

    Woah, BW!

Someone posted on 12/25/17, in the Synchronicity Facebook group this:
"Ok. Anyone want to explain this one?
My iPhone upper clock stops working at 11:10, restarting again at 11:12. Completely ignoring 11:11. (The same time I have tattooed on my forearm).
Here’s 5 pics in order. Watch the second hand on the round clock with the minute hand, watch the time above."

I won't download the pics, but it skips 11:11.

That's freaky!!! A friend of mine had a similar experience. Her mother had passed away one night at 2:22 am. Exactly one year later to the day, a call was logged on her cell phone (no message) from her mother's old phone number at 2:22 am. FREAKY!!!

I was down another 1.2 pounds this morning, total of 3.2 pounds since my first day of loading.

Bawdy, great job on your losses! On your friend, that was her mom reaching out to let her know she was ok....this happens a lot!

AFM, I finished 31 days and 15.6 pounds gone...coming off for a rest and will continue with 2.0 P3, hopefully I will still lose.

Congrats, BW! What was your first VLCD like? In other words, what did you have?

(That IS strange about the phone call!)

Hello all 2.0ers! I am not new to hcg but I am new to this forum. I am looking for a place to get support and hopefully give support. Is this the right place?
I have read this entire thread for the past week. I am on VLCD2 of 2.0 protocol. That being said I am even a little rogue with 2.0 Hope you don't mind me being here!
I have done 2 past rounds of original protocol (successfully except for the fact that I gained all the lost weight back both times). My last round was 2012 and when I gained all that weight back I decided to stop dieting altogether because it is just too hard to keep gaining lost weight back. Well, at age 56 I am now going to do another round because I just can't stay at this unhealthy weight. My focus has been on how to maintain because I already know the weight will come off on this protocol.
I usually like to post my menus but since I'm a bit rogue with 2.0 I won't post if you'd rather I didn't. Please direct me another thread if you think it might be a better fit.
Best to you all in 2018...this is our year!!

Thanks Carry!! I will check that thread. I would love to be at your LIW weight. Since you're about my age it gives me hope! How tall are you? I'm 5'2" (with shoes).
