I take potassium citrate by Now, 99 mg. I went with Christy’s recommendation to get them through Vitacost. I often get my supplements through them. I think either lovelyladyhcg or Jesse mentioned they take two at bedtime to help and it helps with sleep. I take a magnesium and potassium with lunch and with dinner. Then i take an additional two potassium at bedtime and that has definitely helped with feeling tired and ease back pain.
