    Not Janeen. But yes, people around here use MFP for My Fitnesspal. I track my food and macros in my Fitbit app, btw.

    I switched to 2.0 bc I needed more variety and it was great. Iím down 15lbs from my starting weight and have lost another 1.6. Plan on doing one more round but not sure when. I already have the meds. Iíll either start on Motherís Day weekend and use those days to load or Iíll start after the beach in June. Iím following noom now and hope to drop another 10lbs before Motherís Day which will give me a month to hit another 10lbs before the beach getting me at my 1st big goal. Hoping to save my next round of hcg for after the beach to try and get to my final weight of 135.

    Hi all, I havenít been here for years but was looking for a fix to a situation Iím in and it brought me back to my roots in HCG

    My Hubby and I use HCG each January. This January my mom died and I went up instead of down. Bummer I let my grief involved stuffing myself with fattening food.

    I have also been jumping thru Dr hoops for treating migraine which brought me to a keto Diet for the past 2 mos. Helps migraine but not weight loss at least not for me.

    I got to thinking a few days ago. Maybe Keto is similar to HCG. Then I googled it and there was enough to convince me it was true. But not really the OP way. Then I saw 2.0 was lower in carbs so that brought me here all the way back home.

    I always felt great on HCG. Now I know why. Itís not necessarily the hormones, itís the food! But and itís a big but (my big butt lol), I couldnít lose weight on Keto, so I canít go back to the lifestyle till I get all the weight off. Then I will just revisit Keto when I lose everything again.

    BTW I lost 50 lbs on HCG in 2010 and kept it off with a few rounds every January till this year when mom died.

    Migraine responds well to a diet high in Fat so do any of you eat fat on HCG 2.0/3.0. Iím still learning about this new way of doing it.

    Hi Kristy, so do you like Noom...I did their test to see what they plan for me, and it said it would take until Sept 24 to lose the weight I want, when I can lose that amount in 30 days on HCG

    I haven't clicked on claim my plan just yet, as I am not sure what the entails.

    I think so far I will just do hcg again, then try to do the FMD after P4 as it just seems more doable to me.

    I use both. Using the hcg and learning with the lessons of noom why I eat like I do. I signed up for free trail. Then in that free trail said cancel in the pop up bubble top right. It asked why. I said I thought it was monthly and they changed me to monthly.

    Noom teaches you the psychology behind eating habits. Itís not really a weight loss only thing. Love it.

    I tried it this week and didn't like it or agree with its premise. It's basically a low calorie, up your exercise plan which has never worked for me.
