Me too me too! i started loading on Dec 31st - Day 1 of loading was 145.6, gained 3 lbs during loading (148.8 on VLCD1) and dropped a quick 5 lbs by VLCD2! I am planning to do hCG 2.0 this go round. I ate 1 apple yesterday before I finished reading the book, but I have a really good feeling about this round!!

I did a round through a clinic recently that advocates eating over 1000 calories and including some fat...it didn't go well for me. I lost some weight, but it was the most miserable round I'd ever done. I also continued to work out through that round. I lost some weight but didn't stabilize well.

This go round, I'm going to eat more protein and cut out the fruit (per the HCG 2.0 protocol). I may have some coconut or MCT oil if I stall as well. I'll let you know how it goes!

Thanks for all the info! I understand this HCG 2.0 includes the use of MCT/coconut oil. I don't see where anyone on this thread mentions using MCT.

Oops...as I was posting I see yayhowfun mentioned MCT. Will look forward to hearing what people's experience using the MCT is...

In the book, he says you *can* use it if you want to (up to 1 Tbsp per meal), but that it's better to use a zero carb/fat alternative, like hot sauce or something else to spice up a salad. This is the only time he mentions it in the book. I won't be using it until/unless I experience a stall. I find that sometimes eating a big steak or having a little fat can help to move things along. Generally, when I'm experiencing a stall, I find that I also haven't had any *movement* in the past few days either...

I'm starting P2 very soon. Would also like to know if those who started 2.0 are still doing well. I'm having a hard time deciding on POP or 2.0. I've never done 2.0 before.

I'm doing hcg 2.0 this round. This is my fourth round. I lost 70 pounds in three rounds years ago and am doing another round now because I gained some weight last few months. I seem to be losing better this round then previous rounds of the original protocol. I also have a very active job now so I feel like I do better with the extra protein. I am doing a 50 day round with drops. I'm on day 43 and I'm down -30 pounds and -28 inches. I don't feel so empty all the time and am having a much easier time staying on 2.0 then I did with the original protocol. Hope that helps

That does help Sarah, Thanks. With 2.0 it says I can have 525 calories of protein and I know about the 30 grams of veggies. No fruit and no breadsticks. Think I'll play around with some sample menus and see how much more protein that means for me. I will know for sure which protocol on Friday when I have to grocery shop.

You're doing great. I'm sure you're back shopping in your own closet which I'll be able to do after a few more pounds.
