    Hi guys -- sorry to jump in your thread, but I was curious about HCG 2.0 and cannot find any info on the food list -- like how many grams of protein per day, list of all acceptable foods. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!!

    Sue - I bought the book Hcg 2.0 on Amazon. Everyone will have a different amount of calories based on the BMR calculator here - https://www.insideoutwellness.net/bmr-form/

    Basically all foods are acceptable as long as they fall within your calorie range and under 30 carbs (though I am still staying away from fat)

    Hcg 2.0 has a active facebook page as well.
