This is my 4th time doing HCG 2nd time 2.0 with shots. I purchased the book twice and lost both of them. This is day 6 of phase 2 for me and I have lost 8 lbs. I'm doing it from memory. 800 cal. Carbs under 30 lean protein, is there something I am missing. Can someone post the basic 2.0 Protocol? Thanks
