Thread: PFC confusion...

    PFC confusion...

The book says " The PFC number will determine how much you can eat of a particular protein selection. The higher the number, the larger the portion size"

Last night I added up the PFC for a number of foods I plan on eating on hcg 2.0

The PFC score for my grassfed beef is 12 - it has 120 calories per 4 ounce serving

The PFC for my organic boneless skinless chicken breast is 16.6 - it has 120 calories per 4 ounce serving

The PFC score for the wild caught flounder is 7 - it has 80 calories per 4 ounce serving

So the PFC score for the beef and chicken is much higher but they have a lot more calories per 4 ounce serving. I can't really have a larger serving of that then the fish and stay within my calorie range correct?

And the tuna I have... the Total Protein is 16 g for 1 serving. No fat no carbs. That would be a PFC score of 16.
But the entire can is 1.3 servings so the total protein for the can is 20.8. Again no fat no carbs. That means the PFC score raises to 20.8 but so does the calories (from 80 to 104). So more of it has a higher PFC score but that cannot mean I can eat more of it...
If something has protein but no fat and carbs that would mean the more you eat the higher the PFC score goes and would be unlimited. I am so confused....

Also - I downloaded the HCG 2.0 app and I get this error message when I try and open it. Is it still an active app?

    Thanks so much ...again!

I've never heard of this PFC thing you're doing. I'm not sure anyone here has but we'll see if anyone answers you. Whatever you're doing is not the standard HCG protocol but I wish you luck.
My expert Hcg Diet advice is based specifically on the original Simeons Protocol. Grammy's personal protocol:Grammy's Hcg Diet Protocol

Hi Grammy! I have done the hcg OP a number of times and this time I am trying the 2.0 protocol

I am hoping I posted in the Hcg diet 2.0 thread... that is where I meant to post!

Thank you! I have tried to get the app but it is not working. The ladies on the fb group directed me to another one but it is not easy to find! I think I am understanding better though. I basically need to just pay attention to calories and carbs..

    Thanks so much!
