.) There is a such thing as not enough protein. And EVERYONE's requirements are different: That's one of the reasons for the short rounds - there isn't enough protein for long-term dieting. And of course we all have different nutritional needs based on genetics, size, activity level, etc.
.) I gained muscle and strength- this means I lost a ton of inches and greatly improved my body composition: Isn't that one of the best things about this plan? We get to lose fat instead of muscle and we end the round with better body composition than when we started. I love it.
.) I worked out 3-4 days a week: Activity is encouraged, so good for you.
.) I drank 18-30 cups of water, daily: Hyponatremia is dangerous so I'm glad you didn't experience an issues with that.
.) Restored my electrolytes every few days with a cup of water and juice from a full lemon+ salt mixed in: Glad you took advantage of the allowed juice of a lemon. How come you didn't want to restore your electrolytes daily instead of only every few days?
.) Never skimped on salt, if I wanted it, I had it: There's no limit on salt on the diet and I always recommend people eat plenty of sea salt on the diet, especially if they are consuming a lot of water. I have low sodium so I drink salt water daily.
.) When I wasn't cheated, I was losing a pound or better daily or 4lbs overnight from water retention from working out: I'm more interested in losing fat, but if losing fluid makes you happy, great.
.) Was never bloated. Not even on my period: Why would you expect to be bloated?
.) Was not lazy on this diet: Glad to hear it since activity is encouraged.
.) IMO: No one has any excuse to remain completely inactive unless your condition is so extreme that you cannot even walk for 10 minutes straight. If you can walk for 10 minutes straight, do that 3 times a day, at least...: In my first round, my condition was so extreme I could barely stand up so walking for 10 minutes was just a dream. In further rounds, I did get in more activity. Walking is great exercise, and P&I encourages tennis, swimming, running, horseback riding, golf, etc, too.
.) I used protein shakes with no adverse effects. (Bionic Edge in the vanilla flavor): Lots of people use protein shakes and do very well on them. I know a lot of people prefer Raw Warrior or Jay Robb, but I've never heard of Bionic Edge brand.
.) My energy levels NEVER fell: I'm happy to hear you had the typical hcg experience of increased energy. That is the feeling that makes some people want to stay on P2 longer than they should.
.) I had a preworkout before I went to the gym: 1 granny smith apple: I, too, usually ate my fruit at a different time of day than the rest of my food. Thankfully, P&I allows that.
.) HCG is amazing stuff: Yes, it is.
.) My energy levels are through the roof: Again, typical on this diet. Glad to hear you experienced that.
.) I stabilize in P3 immediately, every time: I, too, have an easy time stabilizing. I really feel for those who struggle so terribly with it.
.) I eat 1k-2k calories above my daily allotment: In P2? Or in P3/P4? There is no allotment in P3 or P4.
.) I've broken this diet down so well that I will help anyone see the same success that I have because I want to help anyone and everyone that needs it: That's very generous of you.
.) I've helped others: Again, very generous.
