Thread: hcg with ephedra/caffeine/aspirin aka eca stack

    If you are already taking HCG/HHCG and your hunger is ok then you wouldn't be masking your hunger. I guess you would if your dose got off but I don't see the big deal if you use it. Like mentioned you are already taking a risk by doing HCG yourself and some people are always hungry on HCG no matter what their dose is.

    I have problems with an irregular heart beat already so it's probably not an option for me but I'd be tempted to use it short term if it would drop this last 15-20lbs once and for all. But I get a buzz from my excederin so I'd be a mess I'm sure LOL

    I really would proceed with caution if you do ever try it. I have a congenital electrical thing in my heart. I throw off pvcs here and there, but they go away with exertion so it's normal. When it does it alot I get a tight feeling and flutters in my chest.

    When I did the stackers I didn't do them consistently and only once a day. It definitely make my heart race.

    It is not really to mask hunger, to me it just increases your body temp, i sweat like crazy when on it. Plus it gives me the energy to do things like clean house, play with the kids, work at the barn, that the 500 calories made so hard.

    I loved the energy buzz and complete lack of appetite ephedra gave me. I know we shouldn't mask hunger but if we are eating 500 cals on P2 and still have weight to lose how would the hcg target muscle? Guess I am confused by this.

    This may be a great tool to use during P3 when we are supposed to slowly ease up the calories w/o the hcg. I have a huuuuge appetite and can never accomplish the slow climb.

    R2: 134.6-118.6 Took it too far.
    Gained back 25# from getting too low.

    I read some online sites and there's no worries, it's too risky for me. Especially since it can spike your BP, worked too hard to get off BP meds, not going to risk going back on them to lose weight. Of course HCG spikes it too so... I don't have that much more to go so not worth the health risks. If anyone does it, from what I read I would definitely leave the aspirin out.

    I would love to hear more. I'm starting r2 this weekend. BUT I'm allergic to aspirin. It makes just ONE of my lips swell (not both or I wouldn't complain w Angelina Jolie lips). One lip swelling tends to make me look like marge Simpson or bubba off Forrest gump. Any substitutions for aspirin?

    Yes some of the combos have very high aspirin content since you take them 3x's a day. I'm seeing a lot of people with nose bleeds, losing a lot of blood in urine, stools etc. Not a good thing at all. From the little bit I read for most taking out the aspirin gave them the same results without the horrific side effects.

    3 times a day ? (gads) When I did stackers it was once a day

    Yes all the sites I read (mostly weight lifting forums) say to take 2 or 3 times per day something like 30 minutes before your meals so some are getting crazy doses of aspirin.

    No way could I do it 3 times a day.. I'd be cleaning the dust from under everything thing in my house, non-stop.
