Why would i do hcg and gain all back ?

Well i have 30 kg to lose. I have already lost 8 kg on my own in 8 weeks.
If i consider hcg it takes 6 weeks to lose 10 kg and another 6 weeks to maintain that is P3.
If i continue this it will take me 6+6+6+6+6+6= 36 weeks to lose 30 kg with hcg.
If i am not wrong the 6 weeks in between are highly recommended to take a break and maintain that weight.
So i am losing 1 kg per week. On my own with diet and exercise i can lose 30 kg in 36 weeks.
The best part is i dont have to gain the weight back and the second best part is no foods to restrict.Allowed to eat everything in moderation. Carbs protein fat and even fast food.
So think before you do this diet because you can lose weight on your own at the same pace. .
AND you wont gain it BACK !!

I'm happy for you that you have found a plan that works for you. I hope it continues to work for you, and that you reach your goal. But its presumptuous to assume your method will work for everyone.

Many of us here start with damaged metabolisms and cannot lose with diet and exercise. HCG is the only thing that has worked for us. If diet and exercise had worked for me, I would have been thin decades ago. HCG has been a miracle for me. It worked when everything else had failed.

I'm glad you found something that is working for you but hcg was designed for obesity not for just losing some weight. It rests the hypothalamus and fixes some underlying problems. I'm 66 years old and had tried everything under the sun before hcg. Nothing worked to lose weight and keep it off. You're very presumptuously assuming things about people you know nothing about. Hcg is a miracle for most of us.

I think each person should choose what works best.

I've tried every weight loss method under the sun. I've lost hundreds of pounds and gained hundreds of pounds. The only time I've ever kept my weight off for any length of time and without starving myself on a daily basis post diet is with hcg. It's what works best for me, but if something else works better for you, that's great.

As for the 6 weeks plus 6 weeks (or really 6 weeks plus 3 weeks plus 3 or 5 or 8, etc weeks), yes, the P2 weight loss is fast on hcg, but P3 and P4 do add to the length of time so really hcg isn't significantly faster than any typical calorie counting method. I recall one time I was doing a round of hcg and my sister was using a more traditional method of weight loss. She lost slightly faster than I did over the course of my combined phases, but I kept the weight off (while enjoying the freedom to eat during P3 and P4) and she gained it all back rapidly since her metabolism had slowed so much that she couldn't eat even a normal amount of food without gaining.
