Well i have 30 kg to lose. I have already lost 8 kg on my own in 8 weeks.
If i consider hcg it takes 6 weeks to lose 10 kg and another 6 weeks to maintain that is
P3.
If i continue this it will take me 6+6+6+6+6+6= 36 weeks to lose 30 kg with hcg.
If i am not wrong the 6 weeks in between are highly recommended to take a break and maintain that weight.
So i am losing 1 kg per week. On my own with diet and exercise i can lose 30 kg in 36 weeks.
The best part is i dont have to gain the weight back and the second best part is no
foods to restrict.Allowed to eat everything in moderation. Carbs protein fat and even fast food.
So think before you do this diet because you can lose weight on your own at the same pace. .
AND you wont gain it BACK !!
