    So. POP + SB, sort of cycling. Anyone?

    I am thinking about doing something crazy. But first, a disclaimer. I have done a bazillion rounds. Many of them were POP 40-day rounds. I am now 90 lbs lighter than where I started, with less than 10 lbs to go. And maintenance. Yeah, that.

    I tried SB and gained 3 lbs in 3 days! ACK! But then I lost 5 lbs in the next 2 days, when I went back to POP. Just like week 1! Yay!

    So my situation is, I'm a wine consultant and I spend a lot of my weekends leading wine tastings. It would be perfect if I could figure out a way to be POP during the week and more relaxed on the weekend. I'm only looking for small losses and correction.

    Maybe load over the weekend, POP Mon - Thurs, SB Fri and Sat, POP Sun -Thurs, etc. ?

    Has anyone done anything like this?

    Did you keep track what you ate those days you gained? Or maybe the percentage of fat/protein ratio? It would interesting to see if you emulate the same percentages if you can get similar reaction.

    And I'm sorry... You were doing hcg with the sb, right?

    Yes. Hcg with SB.
    Really, I just want to find a way to do little corrections and live my life. I haven't really found anything other than hcg that works.

    Who wouldn't? If you can find a way to not only keep YOUR body with in an acceptable range and make small corrections AND a less miserable way, then you should do it. You are making the system work for your issues.

    It is really exciting to watch this happen because I believe there are a lot of women who struggle with the stall and they typical route yields no results.
