    This thread is negative and kinda discouraging for someone trying to lose..to read so many different opinions on how it works or whether it works... What it resets... Whether is all placebo, ugh I'm staying clear away.. I feel this way even though some are helpful... ID suggest anyone needing encouragement... Stay away from here until you are 100 sure you're ready lol

    Yes I know but ugh I hate when people try to discourage people based on saying hcg doesn't work or it's not the best way..resets or not... Why are they even on the websites forum if hcg diet doesn't work? Ugh....but yes I know it works I'm sure we all who have been over weight know that if something helps us lose weight... Then it definitely works..because we wouldn't be over weight if we had something that worked for us in the first place.. .

    Most people who say it doesn't work haven't tried it. I just ignore them. I tried everything (and I'm nearly 65) and hcg is the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me.

    It will work I started in 2011 at 206.6 Ive done several rounds,as i kept lowering my goal weight. Im happy to saymthat if you follow all the phases it will work. But you must always,be aware that it is a change in eating,permanently. If you gain during a special event or holiday you need to go back to your healthy,eating... much success to you. The discouragers have never done it.

    Yeah that's one thing I'll definitely keep in mind now is that if I gain I should go back down asap... That'll mean weighing myself almost everyday and not being afraid to look at the scale.... That's what has been part of how I failed... Because I would never wanna look at the scale. Thanks!!

    It took me awhile to learn this...but the scale is your friend...not your enemy...so dont fear it even when you know it is going up... by weighing daily or eventually after a few years, no less than weekly on the same day and writing it in a small journal, you will see your progress. You will also see where eating the wrong foods causes gains... u will be much more apt to cut back to clean eating when you see the increases. Try to keep that increase to two lbs. i know sometimes during the holidays it might go p 5 lbs. but rather than go on a guilt trip...face your fears...look at the numbers on the scale and write them down. Ive got my weights since 2011 Ve had good years and bad years but i never allowed myself to get too far in the wrong direction. Sometimes its three steps forward and one step back..but ever moving forward to the goal. Then having reached the goal,,,do what you can to keep it. No shame on the scale...its like taking your temperature. You might guess whether you have a fever but wont know till you use a thermometer. The scale is the same. The results will be riht in front of you. So great that you are taking care of your health.

    Yes I must learn the scale is my friend!!! That's the number one thing. Weighing once a day will just have to be my thing... Certain situations cause for certain measures..I binge eat.. And as a person who does this.. I can't weigh myself every 2 months because it's likely I could have gained 10 pounds... Now with hcg of course I haven't binged.. But I still can.. Even on my bad days I still didn't binge and I know hcg is the reason. Like many others.. I'm trying to cure my habits as well as my obesity.. Thank you for the encouragement!!
