Lightbulb Best Chocolate Delight/Cocoa Crack Recipe

Melt 4 tablespoons of coconut butter (bought at Whole Foods) in the microwave for 25-50 seconds. I first made them with coconut oil but the coconut butter has so much more flavor and produces a better chocolate bar.

Add as much unsweetened cocoa powder to the liquid coconut liquid as you would like. I find the more I add, the better it tastes personally but never more than a 1:1 ratio.

Liquid Stevia drops to taste typically around 20 individual drops.

I have small souffle cups that I put foil lined cupcake baking cups in. I get 2 souffle cups ready with 1 cupcake foil liner in each one. Then I pour half of the mixture in one and half of the mixture in the other. Freeze them for 15 minutes.

Previously I just froze them in the souffle cups but it was too hard to get out of there. The cupcake baking liners really help!

I ate these in P2 with no problem starting in weeks 5 and weeks 6 but had no melba toasts.

    Viola. Paradise!!!

Just so others know it is not on Protocol for P2, but fine in P3 if feeling that sweet urge. Thanks for sharing your modified version though
