I love making this salad with a curry dressing.
Have you tried this? It's awesome!
100 gr. chicken cooked & diced
1 apple diced
3 stalks celery diced
3 T lemon juice
1/8 t. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of cardamom
dash of salt
stevia to taste
Mix lemon & spices together. Toss over other ingredients. Chill for 20 minutes.

I am on day 1 of the VLCD and i just made this for lunch. It was awesome! Thank you! I used everything accept nutmeg and it was GREAT! I even sipped the leftover juice! lol
I love this salad with lettuce instead of celery - so good!
Love the idea of making this a curry chicken salad. Do you just add curry seasoning instead of the cinnamon?
