    Dr. Simeons says, you can have a total of 4 eggs. But, you should not eat 4 whole eggs at one time - You can have the whites of 3 eggs and 1 whole egg with the yolk.
    Yes, it is okay to eat eggs on the HCG Diet.

    But... and this is an important But - Eating eggs on the HCG Diet is not something that you should do every single day. However, when you do eat eggs, you are better off mainly eating egg whites. This is because Egg Yolks contain so much fat.

    organic turkey without the skin, organic pink lady apple, organic asparagus, bread stick

    Dinner will be: skinless chicken skewered with organic onion: grilled on the Weber, organic gala apple, bread stick

    Lunch: Organic turkey without skin, organic pink lady apple, organic asparagus, bread stick

    Dinner will be:

    I love seeing what other people are eating on the protocol. I cook for a living, but even I run out of ideas sometimes and this helps. I've posted my menus from P2 and P3 on my blog.

    BREAKFAST... fresh roasted coffee from whole food
    Self made Iced Tea and water throughout the morning
    LUNCH: White fish, sauted in fat free sugar free chicken broth, seasoned with parsley, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt pepper - romain salad with 2 slices of cucumber finely chopped and 3 cherry tomatoes halfed, seasoned with lemon salt and pepper and one small apple and iced tea
    DINNER: Grilled steak with steak seasoning, Salad as mention above
    DESSERT: I apple sliced and boiled in half a cup of water, all spice, cinnamon, stevia, lemon extractv (it makes a near syrupie reduction) and at the end, real lemon suqeezed over top and stirred.

    Dessert - strawberries with cocoa crack drizzled on it - yum!

    I'm dying to make cocoa crack - I ordered PureCocoa after seeing someone using that to make it - so it should arrive any day! I'm not a crazy chocolate person, but I do have to say after 30 days of 500 calories, I'm ready for some chocolate! LOL!

    Snack & Dessert - Apple & Orange. I like to eat the fruit instead of making it a dessert because I can break it up throughout the day. Makes me feel like I'm eating more

    3 hard boiled eggwhites, 3.5oz chicken breast, 1 organic gala apple, 1 strawberry (medium), 100oz of water so far, 60oz black coffee, acetyl L-carntine, coral calcium, probitics, digestive enzymes and a multivitamin. Tonight I will have a 75 minute back workout followed by a tomato, cucumber, feta cheese (just a whisper) salad and a casien protein shake. I am born again hard.
