Hello, everyone!

This is my first post here as I have not taken the time to write out an introductory thread, but I have created some concoctions that are VERY delectable that you guys may enjoy!

There are two recipes featured in this thread. The next time I make these, I may take pictures and post them on Pinterest!

If you try these recipes, please let me know what you think! <3

P2 HCG Hamburger Steak

  • 100 g 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 TBSP white onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1 TBSP 99% fat-free chicken broth

  1. In a medium-size bowl, blend the ground beef, minced onion, and spices until well-blended. Pat out into a 1/2 inch thick patty.
  2. In a small frying pan, cook patty on medium heat until blood/liquid has pooled up on the top. Flip patty and then cook several minutes until browned.
  3. Turn off heat, cover pan, and let the meat continue to cook and rest for about five minutes.
  4. Remove patty and set aside in a bowl or plate.
  5. Pour chicken broth in the pan and heat the pan back up to medium heat, then de-glaze the pan.
  6. Pour the remaining juice over your patty, and enjoy!

P2 HCG Beefy Onion Soup (featuring HCG Hamburger Steak)

  • 1 P2 HCG Hamburger Steak (Recipe above), crumbled into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup white onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup 99% fat-free chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water

  1. In a small sauce pan, sautée onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until softened. You can use small amounts of water or chicken broth to keep it from sticking.
  2. Pour in chicken broth, water, and Hamburger Steak crumbles and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Take off of heat and let it sit for about 5 minutes, still covered, then enjoy!!!

NOTE: If you are very worried about the fat content of these dishes, you can always strain the fat from the meat while cooking it, or you could buy leaner meat. I have had no problems with these recipes and my weight stalling.

I reckon I will go and write my introductory thread now so that I don't seem like a strange, random ghost that has appeared with strange recipes. hehehe
