    So shelf the Miracle Noodles till P3? Sighs..ok..I guess 0 calories can be converted to calories inside the body..probably no such thing as 0 calories..even the slimy squiddy strands of nothingness. Have you tried the Miracle Noodles Granny on P2?

    I did the protocol twice and ate zucchini almost daily and never experienced any gain or stalls from it. I'm so happy because I really love them.

    Same here- I had zucchini quite a few times and never had an issue. I still think it's wise to stay as close to the original food list as possible, but if you like a certain food such as zucchini, go ahead and give it a try. Just monitor your losses as well as how you feel after eating it. Watch for slowed loss rate, as well as food sensitivities.
