Yay, I'm new to the whole HCG diet and am so thankful to this forum and especially the link for P2 recipes. Yesterday was my VLCD#1 and I was really having a hard time eating boring chicken and lettuce. I was losing hope in the whole diet until I seen a 1.8 lb loss on the scale this morning and then spent a few hours on this forum reading as much as I could.
I'm now feeling much better about everything!
hi! i just subscribed and getting to know the site. i can't seem to download this file...would someone be so kind to send it to me or tell me where i can find it? thanks!

Thanks Beanie. Some great recipes! I'm only on day 3 of P2, and I'm doing a lot of cooking.
Thank you for this cookbook. I am starting my next round in 2 weeks and this will come in handy for sure.
Starting wt:188.4
Load day 1: 189.2 (+0.8)
Load day 2: 189
VLCD 1:185.6
VLCD 2:185.2
VLCD 3: 184.8
VLCD 4: 184.4 ( - 4 lbs total from preload)
VLCD 5: 184 (-4.4)
VLCD 6: 182.8 (-5.6)
Here's a new one - sounds a bit strange but try it.
1/2 English Cucumber (seedless) cubed into 3/4 inch cubes
100g Sea Bass - cubed same as cucumber
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 lemon peel cut into strips or cubes
Dill to taste (I use about 1 tsp)
Chicken Broth or water to keep cucumbers and sea bass from sticking
Other spices to taste: Garlic powder, black pepper etc.
This is a very fast dish. I start with the cucumber in a saute pan (no oil). I saute on medium high heat adding broth or water as needed to keep from sticking. Add dill and saute about 4-5 minutes. Add the sea bass, lemon juice and lemon peel. Continue saute for about 3-4 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
I dont eat the peel but it adds nice flavor. There is something about the milky texture of this fish that really finishes the dish. This is a staple for me and I have great looses with it! Very filing also and stays with me for a long time.
Sea bass is rather pricey so watch for sales. I get it locally in 6 oz individually frozen packages - so I usually have a bit less than 100g.
Variation: Add Smoked Paprika!!! It's really good! I will be trying with Halibut for lunch today instead of the sea bass - will let you know how it goes.
