I made the Strawberry Vinaigrette (minus the sweetner) and poured it over Talapia and asparagas before backing it in tin foil...

I give it 5 stars. YUM!

am very confused, your recipes sound great....but my doc keeps telling me a) not to mix veggies as in onions and tomatoes and b) also not to cook sugary veggies like tomatoes and onions or c) cook meats and veggies together....also there is no melba toast or grissini allowed in my protocol..i think because they are not available here
is this accurate information? it sounds a bit harsh and does not quite make sense to me. I'm on P2 D28 (doing 42/45 day cycle)...i've started ignoring these rules a bit because i was going a bit nuts but my weight loss has also gotten soooo slow only 0.2kg since thursday
any information tips or advice would be helpful...very frustrated with slowness of loss, really need a big drop to stay motivated. Thanks!!!

Yeah! I thought mixing veggies was not allowed? My meals are usually steak or chicken or fish cooked on a Foreman grill with either one whole sliced marinated cucumber, or a big pile of romaine with lemon juice or red vinegar and a little Tony's for flavor. I don't like asparagus or tomatoes, so I don't have many options. :-(

I thank goodness that I like all of the options on the list. If you like shrimp try this - I made like a "shrimp soup" I took a tomato and sliced it. Put it in a saute pan and cooked it (adding broth as necassary to prevent sticking) when it's almost cooked add 3 oz precooked "Small" frozen shrimp..along with spices to taste. Mrs. Dash is my new best friend, LOL. Let steam for about ten minutes and done. The tomato makes a "soup" as it breaks down and sweats all the juice out, tast great and fills you up. That with a fruit on the side for dessert and its a complete meal. Often for dessert I'll take an apple, slice it up. Put it in a microwave safe container with a little Vanilla, Stevia and cook on high for 5 minutes. Instant baked apple, delish!

I just made a grilled chicken and apple salad with spinach and the vinaigrette dressing. Oh my goodness it was exactly what I needed! Thank you for sharing all of these recipes. I have been getting so bored.

what wonderful recipes! I'm already looking forward to still being able to have shredded chicken lettuce wraps!

So chicken broth is still allowed during P2? As long as the calories don't go over or something? I haven't started yet (just ordered!) so I'm really going to have to specifically follow recipes for awhile to make sure I stick to the calories! I also need to get a food scale!
