    Very flavorful and satisfying.
Is that a P2 friendly italian sausage or rogue?

The fall weather has me thinking of the holidays and I got hungry for a stuffed turkey. So I came up with a P2 version.

    Thanksgiving 'turkey dinner'.jpg

    HOLIDAY ‘TURKEY DINNER’

    100g chicken, pounded thin
    Radish ‘mashed potato stuffing’ -
Boil radishes and garlic clove until very soft, mash well then drain off liquid.
    Add -
    Sage, parsley
    Salt, pepper
    Dried onion
    1 tbl milk
    Crumbled melba toast
Chopped apple (I used ½ apple for 4 servings)
Spread radish mixture over chicken and roll up. Fill the bottom of the pan with a little stock or water.
Add roll ups. Sprinkle top with dried onion and sage. Cover. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Then broil til top is browned.

Thank you Jeep, i followed your directions for chili and altered it a bit(forgot chili seasonings at the store) and it is SO YUMMY. Its steeping for a few more minutes right now, and im going to put it on a bed of lettuce. Im going to try your french onion soup this weekend, but with chicken!

I'm really glad you all are enjoying the recipes. I'm no chef by a long shot, but I love food, I love cooking, and I love being in the kitchen. And I love sharing it all with others.

LOVE LOVE LOVE all of your recipes and ideas! It is really helping me get through this round since I actually have things I'm almost looking FORWARD to making!! This time, I'm using your recipes and the HCG gourmet cookbook (instead of 101 hcg recipes) and I think it will be MUCH easier than last time.
