Personal recipe threads?

I haven't been back here since the holidays started, but I remember some people had personal recipe threads (I remember Birdie did, for instance) but now I can't find them. Have they been banned, or is it still okay to start one?

They haven't been banned--people don't always post them on the recipe board. For instance, Birrdie cooks is in the "Hcg Diet Info" forum. You might need to do a search.
