I think what you refer to is Gazpacho, a cold Spanish soup. Feeling much like a guinea pig? I found a non-HCG gazpacho recipe on line and made some changes. The real deal Gazpacho contains cucumbers, green peppers, onions and such, which need to be omited for HCG protocol.

HCG Gazpacho (Cold Cucumber Soup)
Ingredients
1 tsp tomato paste [I think you can squeese this in and be on program...]
1/2 - 1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 or 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 tsp dried or chopped fresh parsley
stevia to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a blender or food processor, combine ingredients, blend until well-combined but still slightly chunky. Chill a half hour or more before serving.
